We had a wonderful stay at Dishang Resort in Wuzhen, and here are some highlights from my experience: Location: The resort is conveniently situated inside the West Gate Scenic Spot, allowing guests to explore the area freely, even after it closes to the public. The view is stunning—peaceful and filled with a serene atmosphere. Check-in: The check-in counter is located right at the entrance to the West Gate Scenic Spot, with the entrance fee included for resort guests. The added perk is that you’re allowed multiple entries and exits throughout your stay. Buggy Service: A buggy service is available for guests, making it easy to travel around the scenic spot and explore its many sights without much hassle. Room: Our room was very spacious, and we were fortunate to be upgraded to the Family Room during check-in. The living area between the two rooms was especially comfortable, and both bathrooms were large, with a bathtub. The only downside was that the toilet seat wasn’t heated, which would have been a nice touch. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast offered a decent variety, including many local dishes. It was a good way to start the day, though it wasn’t extraordinary. Service: The reception staff were excellent—very helpful and informative. When we arrived, most restaurants within the scenic spot were closed, but the receptionist kindly suggested a few places for lunch, which was greatly appreciated since we were starving. Overall Experience: Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Wah I really enjoyed alots to stay at this hotel..even though this hotel is awesome for family activities and I come with friend without kid, I also enjoyed staying here. You will be treated like a VIP as you are the one can enter the WU village with the wrist band provided besides WU ZHEN. Everywhere in this place is nice for photo shooting. I also enjoyed having five free beautiful photos from 伯爵旅拍. The service from the hotel staffs is great and helpful. The hotel provided a variety of breakfast and I can visit to Wu Zhen for a 早茶客visit as well.

Excellent location for the Wuzhen water town attraction. Our “Muyue” room was modern and cozy, ridden with high tech. Voice control curtains and lights. Certainly it required Mandarin with decent intonation (Xiǎo ài tóngxué）. Heated toilet seat with touch-less flushing. The breakfast was a work of art by the hostess. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste. The hostess was so nice to offer free laundry service while we were indulging in the “Venices of the East”. She even refused to accept our gratuity.

The hotel was quite good, with clean rooms and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were helpful, though some services could have been a bit more attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider returning in the future.

距離上海車程2H內，管家會提前一天聯繫➕微信。提供位置，提醒一些入住事項，發了小程序可以查看酒店內的一些活動和時間表，很是貼心。 濮院古鎮是新開發的，自然有好處有壞處，簡單分享一下： 好處： 1、我們清明3天2晚，酒店內大概逛了7788，地方是真的大，避開人潮，好👍 2、酒店內很多互動體驗項目，有收費，有免費，我們的套餐中含：雙人頌缽療愈、旅拍（沒預約到）、（宋街曉市用早餐）、雙人下午茶 3、管家服務貼心，房間內迷你bar首輪免費，房間安靜，內部一次性用品俱全（泡澡袋、浴鹽） 不足之處： 1、酒店在福善思附近（古鎮最深處），初到者對地形不熟悉，沒有完整體系的介紹，光一張地圖實難看的進去。而每次到古鎮上叫車送，都衹能是大交通主幹道通行，所以有些核心景區到不了的 2、景區內的路牌是在很小，路徑和標識不夠清晰 3、古鎮內的小吃街太不豐富了，屈指可數，儘快招商吧，招多點商業合作，能促進古鎮的文化、經濟發展。 總體適合想找清靜的放鬆去處，內部的景觀、寺廟建造花了很多心思，值得稱讚👍

En general, buena ubicación y servicio. Lavandería gratuita se hace por su cuenta en una tienda cercana. Después de eso, necesita pendiente bajo el sol para secar. También hemos recibido una placa de plátanos y algunas cookies. Definitivamente recomendado para su estancia.

Small boutique hotel located at the back of a main road. 5min walk to West Scenic area and about 10min walk to East Scenic area. Slow stroll to Wuzhen old street is about 10-15min. Many eateries around. Room as per pictured. Value for money.

民宿離西柵大門走過去兩三百米 房間窗子正對着對面的禪寺 鬧中取靜的位置 旁邊就有早餐店都很方便 房間打掃的很乾凈 落地窗看出去房間很通透舒服 美中不足是冬天太冷了 開了空調室內也很冷 北方人習慣了暖氣有點頂不住 但是！！！ 接待的小姐姐人超好 超級熱情！！ 拿了一個電暖氣給我們 真的是救了命了！！ 平時進出都會熱情打招呼 還會推薦好吃好玩的 還有一衹街溜子矮腳美短叫弟弟 見到人就來貼貼 來烏鎮閉眼沖這家沒錯的

The hotel is owner operated and he is very helpful and always smiling. Her even helped us carry our luggage to the second storey. However he did not offer to carry our luggage down for us when we checked or at about 9 am. The room is large and very clean. However the pillows are too soft and i have trouble sleeping. My worst complain is the plumbing. The first night was very quiet since the room upstairs was not occupied. However the second night was bad. Every time when someone upstairs flushed the toilet it sounds like a plane taking off. Even when they shower upstairs the noise was quite annoying. I was woken up a few times because of that. I was so glad that i was checking out the next day.
