He is one of the kindest and most helpful hotel staff members I have ever met. He went above and beyond to assist us with booking theme park tickets, explaining the entry procedures, and making both our check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. When he learned that we are a Muslim family with halal dietary requirements, he generously allowed us to use the hotel’s kitchen to warm up our food, which meant a lot to us. His kindness, hospitality, and unlimited generosity made our stay truly memorable. Thank you, Mr. Jiang, for everything. We will always remember your exceptional service and hope to visit again in the future."
