The Royal Park Hotel Ginza 6-Chome

Staff were not the most helpful This is the first hotel experience during my 16 day trip to Japan, changed over 4 hotels across I do luggage delivery most of the time during the change and the reception would have my bags loaded into the room after I check in When I check in at Royal Park Ginza 6-Chrome hotel, I was filled with 4-5 bags, they actually rolled out of the counter and pass it to me and handed me the keys Without even assisting me to press for the lift nor help me load it up into the room (disappointing) Overall, location is good as it’s Ginza Opposite there is Lawson Nearer to Higashi-Ginza station, about 4-5 mins walk As it’s a new hotel; it’s clean Washer and dryer available at B1 at a small fee

Not too bad. Breakfast is better than what people are saying about it.

Everything was good, very new hotel room and good location, except that they left our used cups/glasses on the coffee table and never gave us new ones. And they didn’t fold our PJs.

Tidy room and nice housekeeping staff

Room is spacious for Japan standard I had 3 beds for the corner room option Hotel is new and very clean Superb location within walking distance to Tsukiji, Ginza6, Ginza shopping streets. V near metro station as well

Room is quite small but clean. You have to wait long time for the elevator to stop at your floor. The elevator forces to stop at 2/F to make all elevators even slow.
