The room is spacious and comfortable. The apartment is not very close to the subway station, about 8 to 10 minutes’ walk. The front desk service is not open 24 hours, but the staff is friendly. There are convenience store and 24-hour supermarket nearby (about 3 minutes‘ walk). However, there is only one small transom window that can be opened, the other windows are locked, and there is some smell near the toilet.

love the MINN brand , this location is very accessible to the Shibuya line which is a straight train ride to Shibuya without having to switch around trains. we were given the highest floor , love the room but only setback cannot open a window , very stifling . clean room.

I love this accommodation! The unit we got is good for 7-8 guests, with 4 queen size beds. It has a dining table and kitchen utensils. There is 1 shower room which I enjoyed since there is high water pressure with easy to adjust water temp. There are 2 water closets so very convenient if 2 persons had to pee or poop at the same time. There is also a washer. Beds are a bit hard and pillows too thin for us causing us to snore because our heads are tilted downwards. No daily cleaning service. No changing of towels. No shampoo refills. No 24h reception. If you need anything, you have to message them via ipad at the counter. TV - all japanese programs. No English movies or shows. If watching TV is important to you, bring google chromecast. Wifi is free. Cleanliness - Excellent! No corner was left unclean. Truly Japanese standard. No roaches, no bad smell. No molds. Location - 5 mins walk from Inaricho station. There is Maruetsu 24hr grocery and 7-11 at the corner. Very convenient for us since we often just buy bento food for dinner after whole day of roaming around. Price - Value for money. I paid 836usd pesos for 5 nights good for 7 pax. With its comfort, I think its a very good deal. Points to improve : Add pillows or make them thicker/fluffier, change towels every 2 days at least, add hanging rod for wet towels, add phone inside the unit to contact reception for questions.

Great hotel stay… location a bit far from metro… rooms are big…

The hotel was about 10mins from ueno and inaricho station. A very cosy and well spacious room. The only downside was the fridge and microwave oven was very smelly upon checking in. Informed the staff and they came to clean but there were still some remanence of the egg yokes in the fridge and ended up we had to clean as we were storing our food. The utensils and kitchenware was dirty and the trolley holding the kitchenware were dusty. The corners near the blinds were super dusty, the usb cable port on the top of the bed were not working. Overall the room was average for the amount paid.
