SeaScape delivers as it promises. We found the trip from Scarborough to Castara with the narrow winding roads to be nerve wrecking but worth it once we arrived at SeaScape to the amazing views of the sunset that simply and completely captured us. The very first night we stayed at SeaScape the beautiful Sunset was followed by a rain storm as we settled in for the night. The sound of the rain on the roof delivered a wonderful symphony that ensured an amazing comforting night sleep. The birds welcomed us the next morning and stopped in for visits all day. The beach, Heavenly Bay is very nice. SeaScape is very nice and very rustic. The clean accommodations are comfortable. You will want to travel light as you will be climbing about fifty stairs to enter the apartment. You don’t want to do that with heavy luggage. Walking out to the village is uphill as well and it will test your fitness level. For us it was a crude reminder of how little we workout. We made friends with the villagers easily and had great conversations after initiating it. We chose to eat meals in the village during our stay. Not everything was open always. A short walk to Liyah’s proved to be very rewarding. Get a great cup of coffee with your breakfast and visit again for her roti at lunch. Liyah’s food is highly recommended. We also liked Chino’s coffee shop. Catch him early enough to get some of that coconut bake with breakfast. It is so yummy. Castara is a wonderful village to visit. SeaScape delivers the most remarkable sunset views over heavenly bay. It delivers as it promises.
