My family liked this property. Yes the rooms are little smaller in size but it is quite good for two people. I have stayed two days and i didnt face any problem or difficulties. If you need hot water, its only available during the day and not after evening. Cleaned room and beds were provided.

Property is centrally located near apsrtc bus stand, transport facilities are available round the clock, good options for-nearby restaurants

Room was very small for 2 people, no soap, towels, shampoo were provided, no house keeping staff. Had a terrible stay

Had a wonderful stay at shikhara stays at the last minute booking with a great discounted price. Highly recommend others, best stay for the family and friends.

Hotel is centrally located, though approach road is congested is very close to main road. Walkable distance from tirupati bus stand and lots of restaurants are in close vicinity. Autos, taxis are available round the clock. Rooms are very neat and clean, service is also good, moderately priced.

Had pleasant stay with sikhar with neat and clean service. Thanks to management and keep up the service. It's near to bus stand is good for everyone but slightly felt with bad about the place which is next to wineshop

Staff was not polite, the location is very near to tirupati bus stand and the room was also good as per the price.

"I stayed at this place and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and affordable. However, it would have been even better if hot water was provided, and I did notice a few mosquitoes in the room. Aside from that, everything was good, and I would recommend it for budget-conscious travelers."

Staff behavior not satisfactory. They asking extra money at check out. Owner should concentrate about it. Room cleanliness, near by restorent, surroundings overall good for badget travellers.
