No pude registrarme en este hotel debido a malestar estomacal, inicié una apelación para cancelar, trip.com me informó que su proveedor y el hotel no respondieron y sus representantes me llamaron y me pidieron prueba de malestar estomacal, no todos necesitan un certificado médico para demostrarlo. dolor de barriga. Es bien sabido que como no me registré en este hotel, ninguno de los hoteles me llamó ni me envió un correo, el número de teléfono del hotel no funciona cuando intenté llamarlos. El representante de Trip.com me dijo que el hotel reservó una habitación, que no había ningún número de habitación ni siquiera un correo electrónico del hotel, lo que significa que dieron espacio a algunas de ellas, trip.com obtuvo 600 RMB gratis sin servicio. Estoy demasiado lejos para escupir en sus caras apolilladas.

Although the property carries the name of Best Western hotel group but I was bit disappointed. I stayed in Best Western hotel in couple of countries, but Tirupati hotel standard was below average. Surprisingly the front office staffs in reception do not know if if this is same chain of hotel. The room was very avarage and hardly any facilities available. The single bed is small like baby cot. I booked premium double but what they had given it was way sub standard. Restaurant had minimum choice of items in the breakfast as my package was including breakfast. I don't know why Trip advisor or MMT are rated them 3 star.

Pleasant stay. Good ambiance. Easily accessible. Courteous staff. My stay at Best Western was good. Restaurant has multiple food options and food tastes good. Overall it’s a nice place to stay and good value for money. Worth the visit if you happen to visit Tirupati

Always the bathroom fittings are not good, like the shower head was pointing to the glass partition and also this is the second when i on the mixer both the tap and shower and poured over me, it happened last time also

I stayed here for one day on Feb 9th, 2025. Excellent hotel in all respects. Especially the room boys are so nice and courteous. Very prompt in attending to any of the customers' problems. The restaurant service is also top class. Very prompt and courteous service. Food is also generally very good. Overall this Hotel deserves good patronage by all the tourists and locals alike.
