We booked two rooms for one night stay in 25th June 2024. Check in was quick and we were given two rooms in 3rd floor, adjacent to each other. I won't call it as resort and more of a hotel setup. Positive points: Property is in right and nice location and they made considerable effort to meet the guest expectations starting from lanes, parking, reception lobby and room facilities etc. Area of Improvement: A lot needs to be done to gain the confidence of guest to visit again. 1. Lack of Professional maintenance: Everywhere things are kept in Haphazard manner. Water leaks, dirty floors, Unreliable lift operations, frequent power outages. ( One of our room electricity gone at midnight and our repeated calls not responded properly and we were without power for more than Half an Hour) 2. Poor and unhygienic kitchen set up: There is no proper kitchen exist to serve the guests. They are preparing in a makeshift arrangements and it is evident of their poor hygienic. Morning breakfast has just two main items and again, lack of verities and taste. Poor serving by keeping the lids of utensils in the floor, dirty table cloths, absence of tissue paper on the tables, lack of clean and decent drinking water and poor and unhygienic attire of service boys. Overall this property doesn't suitable for stay as of now. Needs a lot of make over with professional resources to manage the property and regain the confidence of guests.
