For the money we spent the is ok but they can keep hotel more clean that could attract more customers for their hotel location is of the hotel is also fine and the bathroom cleanliness can be improved and the services too

Location is very near to railway station and bus stand - prime location for stay but bit away from temple. Need to ply by auto to go to temple. Room is quite average, towels are given only after request. To have 3 adult stay in double bedded room with extra bed is bit itsy-bitsy

Very decent hotel with basic amenities. Staff is very cooperative. We booked 6 rooms as our entire family was here for an occasion. It’s at 8mins walk away from the temple. Really liked the stay due to the way it was maintained, secondly the staff was very helpful in every way. If you need tea, inform them and they will get it in your room. Note: They don’t have an in-house restaurant. But they will arrange for whatever you need. We stayed from Feb 4th 2022 until Feb 6th, 2022.

Hello manager Gopal of this hotel, here is our review of our stay at Chitra Park. We occupied 2 triple AC rooms on June 14. The triple rooms were spacious. But one of the rooms had a non functioning AC that they didn't check before us occupying. The bed was not clean and still sandy from the previous user, probably. Since we occupied at night, we directly slept only to wake up sweating at 1am. After calling reception from our mobile phone (because the telephone in the room was also non functional), they tried to fix the ac for an hour. After realizing it's not possible, they shifted us to another room in the second floor around 2:30am. Our sleep disturbed, our luggage repacked at 2am, our family of 4 relocated. After the change there were 2 power cuts in the room as well. During checkout, when we tried to explain our situation for a compensation to 'Gopal', a supposed manager at the hotel, he hung up the phone on us. For future users of the hotel: Please check before you occupy your rooms in Chitra Park for- 1. is the telephone working? 2. Are the beds sandy? 3. Is the AC working (room 307) 4. Do the bathroom locks work? Hope this was useful for future users.

The Best Hotel in Thiruchendur The hotel is neat and clean. Wonderful ambiance close to shore. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a whole family. Even though there is no dedicated restaurant, The food is served in the room. I almost tried the entire menu and delicious food both veg and non-veg. Staffs are really excellent and supportive throughout my stay. The swimming pool of 5ft deep and kids pool is 2 ft. Additionally, there is a play area for kids. The hotel is 700m away from the temple. You can walk down in 10 min. On request, Auto or Taxi available. Spacious parking facility to park your vehicle in the hotel compound. The beach is walkable but not close enough like a Private beach. After extensive search and deliberations, I booked this resort. No regret and definitely Thai is my preferred choice in the future. Call the hotel to enquire about the price before booking it online
