I can say that Hotel Blossoms lacks hospitality and not worth the stay. Upon check in, loud heavy metal music was playing at the lobby as if I was in a disco. Is this the ambience to set for a hotel? This is clearly under poor management and the upper level lacks experience. The rooms are dirty and the dustbin is fully stained, looking as if it is uncleaned for months. There are literally no amenities in the bathroom such as handtowel, bathmat and glass to place toothbrushes etc. Housekeeping has mentioned that these are only available on request. As far as I remember, I did not book a stay in a budget hotel. What kind of housekeeping management is being conducted here? If you wish to save cost, this is not how you do it towards international guests. Breakfast is from 7am to 10pm. There are members of staff from the restaurant calling me at 8.20am telling that breakfast ends at 9.30am. What kind of hotel calls their guests and tells them the promised breakfast time ends at 9.30am? So the guests need to rush to finish their breakfast? The so called restaurant manager is defensive saying that the phone call served as a reminder. I have no words. Coming to the worst breakfast experience. ALL food is served cold in the buffet. I have attached all the pictures here. The nuggets are burnt, fries are cold. Oats are labelled as oat milk. Does the hotel even know the difference between oats and oat milk? They need a full training on the naming of foods. Tables are not set at all, convincing me further that this is a budget hotel. I am extremely disappointed with my stay and will not be returning here again. I am downgrading this hotel to 2 Stars as they failed to meet my expectations. I could always go to Mariott as I am a worldwide member with them. I thought my stay in Blossoms would be memorable, but it was entirely the opposite. For future travellers, kindly proceed to Mariott and do not stay in this budget hotel. Thank you.
