We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were very helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and care goes into making everything comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Excellent service especially the housekeeping. Dining was great and the service was friendly and efficient. We also used the spa which was lovely.

Facilities: The hotel features a beautiful outdoor pool with great views, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I also had the chance to visit the fitness center, which was well-equipped. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of both local and international dishes, and I found the breakfast buffet to be particularly impressive. Location: The hotel is located in a prime area, just a short walk from Penang’s vibrant street art scene, and it’s easy to explore nearby cafes, shops, and cultural sites. Dijo que no hay tal ruido abajo. Podría haber investigado, o incluso venir a mi habitación para descubrir de dónde viene, pero en su lugar no hizo nada. El ruido continuó durante una hora hasta que subió. A mi cabeza en el servicio.

G hotel location is exellent. . i can just go to the next door, Gurney plaza to shop, karaoke, watching movie and most importantly, food is easily accesseble, very suitable for elderly person who cant walk far. Room is spacious and clean

My mom was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff from the porter to the front desk to waiters at Makan Cafe. Our dinner was delicious. I personally commend a friendly and helpful staff stationed at Makan Cafe , En Syarifuddin, who patiently recommended to my mom and I the types of food in the menu. He went the extra mile to ensure food was served on time. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The place was beautiful and the weather was mild. We hope to visit again soon

We recently stayed at Shangri-La Rasa Sayang in Penang for three nights, and it was an exceptional experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The food was fantastic. The ambiance of the resort is perfect for relaxation. We stayed in the Rasa Wing, which offered access to the adult-only pool—a serene and peaceful retreat. All the pools were beautifully maintained, and we truly enjoyed spending time there.
