Excellente localisation. Le logement date déjà un peu et mériterait une rénovation, notamment de la salle de bains, surtout pour plaire aux amateurs de carrelage moderne et de tuyaux non bouchés. Néanmoins, très fonctionnel et agréable à vivre. Superbe vu
