The dining area seats up to 8 adults on top of a beech glass top table. Children utensils and high chair available upon request. Olive oil and wide assortment of spices also available for free of use. Relax in the large private fully-fenced backyard in the covered patio next to a pond with a fountain feature, while reading your favorite book in a hidden oasis under giant redwood and cedar trees. Large yard for your pet (pet fee of $100 additional up to 7 days, $10 per additional day). Retreat in one of the three bedrooms, each with a queen-size memory-gel mattress that sits atop a handcrafted Cedar bed frame. The master bedroom connects to a master bathroom that includes a dual vanity and a walk-in shower facing a large Cedar framed mirror. The living room includes a couch that can easily roll out as a full-sized bed for additional sleeping quarters for 2. The 55” SmartTV allows you to log-in to your major streaming accounts and/or stream from your device. This is an entire home available to your group and is well maintained. We have a good relationship with our neighbors so we’d ask to keep noise levels to a reasonable level during the day. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Please, no parties and events are allowed. Home is professionally cleaned and we pay our cleaners a living wage. There is plenty of parking space. The garage can comfortably accommodate a large truck/van, along with room for multiple cars in the driveway. Here is additional parking located to the right and is large enough for RV/Trailers. The landscape is professionally maintained every week.
