Yongshun Manor Homestay opened brand new in 2024. It is located at No. 157 Shanghe, Maiji Village, Maiji Town, Maiji District, Tianshui City. Situated in the core area of the Maijishan Scenic Area, with a high reputation score of 4.8, it has become an ideal accommodation choice for tourists visiting the Maijishan Grottoes and its surrounding areas.
The homestay is located within the scenic area, very close to the Maijishan Grottoes. There is no need to take a shuttle bus, and you can also save on parking fees. The owner provides attentive pick-up and drop-off services. Whether you are going to the grottoes or to the bus stops around the scenic area, it is very convenient. When you take Bus No. 60 from Tianshui South Railway Station to Maijishan, if the owner is available, he will even go to the station to greet you.

村子裏的民宿，乾淨衞生就是不錯的標準。電熱毯空調也都配備，熱水也很沖。老闆人熱情，也有耐心，有問必答，去石窟車接車送。老闆娘飯菜做的好吃，每餐都送西瓜，非常解暑。總之麥積山旅程非常愉快。

坐落在麥積山腳下的農家民宿，這邊民宿很多，就盲選了一家。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊備，有菜單可以點菜，很多農家特色，老闆娘做的飯菜很好吃呀，還熱情的請我吃西瓜。老闆會到景區門口接送，幫忙買了不含景交車的門票（網上衹能買捆綁銷售的票），雖然衹住了一天，老闆和老闆娘的熱情淳樸還是讓人有種歸家的感覺。看我一個人旅行，走的時候老闆一再叮囑上車後發訊息給他，不知道怎樣換車也可以隨時問他，真的很暖心。下次有機會再來山裡多住兩天。

老闆和老闆娘都是實誠人，熱情好客，房間乾淨衞生，免費停車，離麥積山石窟景區步行就一公里多點（老闆車接車送，即省了時間，又省了來回一個人擺渡車費30元），而且老闆娘的農家菜廚藝真心不錯哦！

這麼多年到處旅遊，永順莊園讓我記憶深刻，位於麥積山石窟景區內，自然環境優美，鳥語花香的，停車也方便，主要房間衞生特別乾淨敞亮，住着舒服，王老闆和老闆娘特別熱情，什麼後顧之憂都幫忙解決還免費接送我們到石窟進口處，驚喜之處農家特色菜大盤雞各種野菜味道真心不錯，我們是五一去的8個人，都覺得很值性價比槓槓，這樣的民宿值得推薦，祝願王老闆生意興隆財源滾滾

按民宿來講，性價比很高，房間乾淨，民宿院子停車方便，餐食老闆娘親自做，我們要了個4斤多散養的走地雞加上其配菜才一百多，也算平宜。
而且老闆及老闆娘非常淳樸，態度也很好，民宿在麥積山景區內，景區門口有保安不讓外來車進入，給電話老闆很快就出來接，早上老闆用車送到麥積山腳下，遊玩完再接回來（省去了每位30元擺度車費）遊玩完退房走的時候，老闆還親自在自家院子接上水管讓我們洗車，這次住宿非常非常滿意。

前台接待服務熱情周到，衞生整潔乾淨，房間寬敞明亮，特別重要的是該民宿就在麥積山石窟景區之內，老闆接送服務，距離景區衹有半步之遙，免去擺渡車（觀光車）費用和停車費用。房間內配備有空調，房間温度持續很熱，雖然適逢倒春寒，但是從未感覺寒冷。值得推薦。

到時都晚上了，老闆非常熱情的接待，老闆娘還給準備了熱菜熱飯，太熱心了，感覺和回到家同樣的的感受。第二天景區遊覽老闆還車接車送，太周到了，必須點個贊👍我們是又省心又省了一筆開銷👏。在這裏必須提一下，老闆娘的手藝棒棒噠👍走時又給拿些大餅，下有圖，純綠色，純手工👏有機會還會來…的！

這家店是新開的，在景區裏面，我開車到已經天黑了，打電話老闆親自來接的，服務熱情，晚上在民宿吃的飯，飯菜可口，手藝不錯，特別是野菜很好吃，房間衞生很乾凈，環境優美安靜，第二天老闆開車送上山，轉完又免費接回店，很美的一次旅行，點贊！
