Instalaciones: bastante nuevas, equipamiento inteligente, muy conveniente.

Nice room with modern decor, great price. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Tianshui downtown, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and night markets. A nice 15 mins walk or $5RMB cab ride to 天水古城（Tianshui Ancient City) and Fuxi Temple.
We were on the 12 floor where the laundry room and restaurant is, it was convenient for our stay. However, if I had the option, I would ask for 9-11th floor because the 13th floor is a restaurant. It can get noisy sometimes with chairs and table moving around. There were minor issues with water leaking from the shower door, but the staff addressed it immediately and was very friendly about it.
Overall, I’d recommend the hotel.

“隴上江南秀，羲皇故里春”，6/26日結束了蘭州、敦煌的旅程，我們全家來到了中國歷史名城—天水，這次是闊別22年後再次回來，帶着妻女探尋兒時的回憶。一出天水南站正好碰上有軌電車二期開通，7/18前免費乘車，而且直通天水市區，這點真要為天水👍。酒店位於民主西路市中心，緊鄰天水市政府和天水百貨大樓，酒店前台工作人員熱情周到，酒店按照我們的要求對房間做了無煙處理並協助將兩張床並在一起，房間位於10層，寬敞明亮，設施齊全，憑窗正好看到中華西路步行街，雖臨街但隔音很好。酒店周邊出行、購物、餐飲等都極為便利；伏羲廟、玉泉觀、李廣墓、西關、天水古城、麥積山石窟、仙人崖、南郭寺、2500年春秋古柏等都讓人想起了曾經的點點滴滴，回憶滿滿！麪皮、然然、呱呱、涼粉、麻辣燙、老砂鍋、迎賓樓餐飲等美食讓我們大快朵頤！特別是天水古城裡的粽糕劉的糖油糕吃一口絕對讓你停不下來。臨走前酒店還貼心送上伴手禮！在天水的兩天半時光雖然短暫，但柏霖艾菲酒店的服務讓我們印象深刻！隴上江南天水有空一定要來一次，來天水入住柏霖艾菲酒店一定不會讓人失望！

先説結論：非常推薦入住。再説理由：首先酒店的位置非常不錯，處於市中心核心區，距離四合院麻辣燙，迎賓樓、城隍廟、胡氏故居都是步行10分鐘左右的距離，吃飯交通便捷。其次最重要的是服務突出，印象最深的是陳經理，確認入住前，本人曾打電話説明，家庭親子游，要求無煙房間，接電話的陳經理非常認真負責，反覆幫我們檢查確認，入住時幫我們協調了舒適的房型，因為環境很好，服務突出，我們又續住了一晚。酒店的設施比較新，設施和物品細節也很到位，比如我所住的房間有腳感應馬桶，智能語音控制、一次性酒精棉、漱口水、蒸汽眼罩。這些細節呈現在本次15天旅行的其他酒店中並不多見。在此也特別感謝陳經理（我看很多入住酒店的朋友在後續的評論都提到了她～），確實匹配酒店的高評分。陳經理周到細緻的服務和前台小姐姐們的微笑就是這家酒店最好最靚麗的名片！

甘南最後一站到天水，酒店位置優越，樓下超市購物餐飲一應俱全，品嚐當地特色美食我們去了迎賓樓，就在胡氏民居斜對面。走路10分鐘之內。天水古城步行20分鐘左右，酒店房間乾淨衞生，特別要説的是，前台一位很瘦的小姐姐，特別熱心，給我們介紹當地美食，熱門景點，還幫我們指路，介紹酒店周邊環境，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺，第二天我們轉累了，小姐姐還熱心的給我們端來酸梅湯讓我們解暑，特別特別感謝🙏以後來天水一定還住這裏。推薦推薦。忘記了，退房的時候酒店還安排了小禮物哦🎁，感謝感謝🙏
