Hoteles en Binjiang Road/Xiao Bai Lou/Five Avenue Scenic Area, Tianjin

I stayed at this hotel for one night during an overnight trip from Beijing, and I wanted to share my experience. Upon arrival, I took the subway to the hotel. The walk from the station was a bit challenging because the roads are currently being refurbished, which meant there were no markings. This made crossing the street quite confusing and a little unsafe! When I checked in, the staff member at the front desk didn’t speak much English. She handed me the room key without explaining which floor I was on or where the elevator was located, so another staff member had to assist me. The front desk was quite busy, as several guests were checking out at the same time. I also requested to include breakfast in my fee, but I don’t think she understood me. As a result, I ended up paying for breakfast the next morning. I arrived at 9 AM, but the selection was quite limited. I didn’t use the hotel facilities, but I did take a look at the gym and pool, which are open to the public. The shower in my room provided shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and having a bathtub was a nice touch! One thing to note is that the hotel is open to the public, which made it quite busy during my stay. There was a wedding happening when I arrived, and later that evening, I encountered a birthday party. This meant there were many non-guests around, which made me feel a bit uneasy, especially as a solo female traveler. Being in the elevator with some drunken guests was particularly intimidating when they tried to strike up conversations. Overall, I wouldn’t rate this hotel five stars. Also, keep in mind that there’s no massage spa available. While I didn’t order room service, there are options for both local and Western food, including pizza.

I came to Tianjin 3 days earlier to embark on my Seoul/Japan cruise. I chose Pan Pacific Tianjin because it was near to HaiHe River which is near to many famous places of interests. . I enjoy the hotel stay. It provides good breakfast. The room and bathroom are big and clean. Getting taxi everywhere is cheap and easy. The bed is very comfortable. It has good buffet spread which includes the famous local street eats. Good location, just short walking distance to Asia culture street, Haihe River which I bought a cruise ticket with 4 piers stops and visited many places of interests. The hotel is also near to many shopping area, I enjoy Ren Heng Isetan, a big luxurious shopping mall with many restaurants which is recommended by the hotel staff. Excellent front desk and concierge service! A big thank you to Betty & Leo, Emily and a tall handsome guy who are very helpful. I would love to stay in Pan Pacific Tianjin again if I visit Tianjin. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel Review – 27th Floor Stay at Tianjin Trade Centre I recently stayed at a hotel on the 27th floor of the Tianjin Trade Centre, and it was a memorable experience. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic skyline of Tianjin that looked beautiful both day and night. Waking up to that cityscape was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay convenient and enjoyable. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the workspace was perfect for both leisure and work purposes. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with essentials. Service was prompt and courteous. The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, helping with check-in and any queries I had. The hotel also offered easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas, thanks to its central location in the Tianjin Trade Centre. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with great city views and a convenient location in Tianjin, I’d definitely recommend booking a room on one of the upper floors, especially the 27th floor.

The service here is very good. The front desk receptionist are all very friendly and kind. All out to service and attend to your request. In CBD area traffic is easy accessibility to town area. The hotel is big and cozy and also the rooms are all very clean. Very good standard price is also very reasonable. Especially the front desk lady name Holiday. Very helpful and efficient. Looking forward for the next stay in Westin.

The location is central. The facilities are a little bit old but the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very brief but it’s okay when considering the price. What I have to mention is that the fantastic gym. It’s equipped with many rooms and equipment, along with a swimming pool. There are professional trainers on site. Will certainly visit again!

La actitud del servicio es particularmente buena ~ El conserje es entusiasta y educado. Alguien le ayudará a llevar el equipaje a la habitación. La tía también es muy gentil y considerada. Esto es muy bueno en comparación con otros hoteles del mismo nivel. Si necesitas algo, lo organizarán con mucho cuidado y consideración. Además, el aroma del vestíbulo huele genial. Las líneas de movimiento de la habitación están diseñadas de forma bastante razonable, especialmente el baño, que es el tipo de diseño de baño que uno imagina en las novelas. El único inconveniente es que solo un lado de la mesita de noche tiene enchufe, la línea telefónica no es muy sensible y la tabla de planchar tiene algunas manchas. Pero en general sigue siendo bueno 😊

Instalaciones: No se siente viejo, está bien mantenido y la mesita de noche también está equipada con puertos de conversión USB y Tipo C para cargar. La vista del río se actualizó a Supreme y la vista era excelente. La bañera era enorme. También puedes sentarte a ducharte en el baño. El baño es eléctrico. Las batas de baño están disponibles en variedades gruesas y finas. Se entregaron 6 botellas de bebidas. Las ventanas y las puertas del balcón no se podían abrir, y el aire acondicionado no soplaba aire frío, hacía un poco de calor. También hay velas aromáticas todos los días. Entorno: El río Haihe está justo a la puerta y es muy agradable pasear. Servicio: El servicio es cálido y el desayuno también es bueno, con todo lo que necesitas, incluidos bocadillos de Tianjin, té y sopa. Hay robots de reparto de comida. Muy rentable. La puerta no está muy insonorizada y se oye cualquier ruido en el pasillo. Al abrir la puerta verás la cama, lo que afecta tu sensación de seguridad. El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, cerca del centro de la ciudad y del distrito comercial, lo que hace que sea muy conveniente para nosotros explorar las atracciones y actividades de los alrededores. La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, y el diseño es cálido y confortable. La ropa de cama y los artículos de aseo eran de muy alta calidad, lo que me hizo sentir la calidez del hogar. El hotel también ofrece un suntuoso desayuno buffet con una amplia variedad de deliciosos platos que le dejarán con un regusto interminable. Además, también me impresionaron profundamente los servicios del hotel. El personal es amable y atento y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Ya sea que se trate de registrarse o de brindar asesoramiento de viaje, pueden ofrecer orientación y sugerencias profesionales. En general, me impresionó mucho este hotel y lo recomendaría a mis amigos y familiares. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver a visitar esta ciudad, elegiré este hotel sin dudarlo.

For some reason the staff at the front desk kept insisting our original tatami room we booked was very small so we got upgraded to a bigger room for free even though we said it was fine. The photos uploaded are not the tatami room! Everything was great, room was clean and spacious. We had a comfortable stay. Location was fantastic, 1min walk to Jinwan Square station and ＜10mins to Tianjin station. Many food options nearby.

The location of the hotel is in fact very good although I have a little problem locating it as its main entrance is from a side street. It's about 3 min walk to the Hepinglu Metro through the Tee Shopping Mall on a walking street. The mall is well patronized as it got a supermarket and several bread and pastry shops as well as restaurants. The hotel is well mantained and the rooms are clean and cool. Breakfast is average with coffee but no bread. It has an onsite laundry room with good machines.
