Water Shortage and Total Lack of Management Response – A Nightmare Stay!! I’ve never been compelled to leave such a negative review, but my experience at this hotel has been nothing short of a disaster. We came for a wedding, planning a four-day stay with my elderly parents, my wife, and me. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned into a nightmare due to severe water shortages and appalling management neglect. On the first night, things seemed fine. However, on the second day, after returning to our rooms at around 10:30 pm, we discovered there was *no water* in either of our rooms. We informed the reception immediately and were assured that the issue would be resolved. We trusted them—what choice did we have? But to our shock and dismay, when we woke up the next morning at 5:00 am, there was still no water—neither hot nor cold. The worst part? We had a *wedding* to attend, and our morning was completely derailed because of this. I went to the reception to find not a single staff member in sight. Only the gatekeeper was present, who did his best by calling someone to address the issue. Despite his efforts, it took over an hour to fix the situation—by then, our plans were in total disarray. Imagine not being able to even freshen up before a wedding! My elderly parents were extremely distressed, and this unnecessary stress deeply soured what should have been a joyous occasion. The lack of basic water supply is unacceptable at any hotel, let alone one that should be prepared to handle guests attending a significant event like a wedding. I still have two more days left at this place, and I dread what more can go wrong. I cannot emphasize enough how appalling this experience has been. There is a serious lack of management, accountability, and basic customer care. For anyone considering this hotel, I strongly urge you to think twice. This level of incompetence and disregard for guest well-being is truly unacceptable.
