I am a solo, female traveller. This is one of the places that are very, very nice to stay, and stay safely. Very nice room, clean, hygienic washrooms. You can relax in the hot shower, have nice food (i have gluten, fodmap sensitivities, and they cutsomised my food for me. Cannot thank the chef enough, and relax away from the rush of the world, in the calming ambience. The staff are courteous, friendly, and very helping, even in the rush of the holidays.

El hotel Leela, Kovalam es un hotel increíble, que mi hijo de 11 años y yo recomendaría muy bien. La sala de club, que le ofrece acceso al Café, un restaurante que sirve a los miembros del Club de desayunos complimentarios 7-10:30am y Alto Tea 5-6pm y un almuerzo y cena de La carts cart. La sala de club es excepcional, con balcón con mesa y sillas que miran al Mar Árabe, cama de rey con una matrícula y cama muy cómoda, marche fantástico en la ducha, la bañera y el baño, con todas las toallas. La habitación está bien limpia y la comida es maravillosa. Comemos todo con seguridad sin molestias estomacales aquí y el personal era maravillosa.

Esta fue mi primera visita a los hoteles de TVM y ginger TVm ha estado por encima de las expectativas en todos los aspectos. El personal aquí es increíble. Me pregunté sobre el lugar antes de la mano y después de llegar al hotel. La Sra. Shalimol y el Sr. Vipin habían entendido y me sorprendió su hospitalidad. La próxima vez que visito la TV para mi trabajo. Sin duda, escogeré esta propiedad sobre otros disponibles.

Our stay of 2 nights at SP Grand Days was thrilling. The hotel is located near the City centre and it has a travel desk, so it's tourist friendly. The reception staff and all other staff members are polite and sincere. Food served at the restaurant as well as room service food are fresh and tasty. We had to check out early in the morning, reception executive Ms. Reena R ensured that we got our breakfast nicely packed and delivered while checking out at 6.30 am. We really had a grand stay at Trivandrum.

It's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff. Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food. Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home. The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs. My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling. Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence. I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

The location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel. The fragrant smell was too strong. I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep. Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK. Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book
