Fantastic property with amazing service and well kept spotless. Location is fabulous but whats unique about this place is the atmosphere and ambience. Perfect place for those looking for a peaceful vacation. Attentice staff and food was outstanding in particular. The menu was extensive and we really enjoyed the fresh seafood and desserts. Try the tiger prawns and devils delight. Couldn't have asked for more!

Let me start wit Awww.. My daughter the moment we entire room the fragrance smell was really good. Its was raining badly we had a cup of tea and went to pool. Pool was very well maintained and staffs were very friendly and good supported with all the things like towels and umbrella. We order some starters, instructed to make it spicy and as we expected starters was so spicy and delicious dragon chicken, egg chilly and chilly chicken they cooked very well and served near pool though it was raining staffs are very good enough to serve all the foods near pool as per our requirements. Starting from Manager Vinu till house keeping all are so good. No one expect single pie from anyone if you like to pay tips there is a tips box u can put it. Coming to breakfast they hve good varieties and loved breakfast to and ordered biryani and fish for dinner everything was delicious over all I stayed 2 nights worth for money, stay everting. Mine I loved is there hospitality. Thank you Vinu and Team❤️

The property location was great, very near to the cliff, that's the greatest advantage. Rooms are just ok only. During our stay at night, we did face power failure intermittently and that was a big problem for us. We could not sleep well because of the intermittent power failure.

UUsuario invitadoОтель новый, чистый. Фото нет смысла выставлять, т. к все фото на трипкоме соответствуют действительности. Вся мебель новая, в отличном состоянии. Кондиционеры, вентиляторы-все рабочее. Горячая вода тоже есть, нужно немного подождать, пока стечет. Есть холодильник (новый, без запахов) электрочайник, телевизор (мы его не включали, не знаем, рабочий или нет) . При заезде предоставляется мыло, зубная щётка, паста, расческа, шампунь. Все это в мелком формате. Обслуживание в отеле не хуже, чем в Европе. В любом вопросе, который возникал, помогали. Такого отношения к туристам давно не встречали. По Азии путешествуем уже лет 8, есть с чем сравнить. Этот отель лучший из тех, где нам удалось побывать. От пляжей далековато. До ближайшего пляжа идти минут 20. Но если брать мопед, проблем не должно быть. При отеле есть парковка. И круглосуточная охрана. Приехали в отель очень рано, заселение произвели без доплаты за ранее заселение. Завтрак: вегетарианский шведский стол. Наша оценка отелю и его персоналу 10 из 10!

UUsuario invitadoIt's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff.
Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food.
Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home.
The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs.
My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling.
Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence.
I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel Leela, Kovalam es un hotel increíble, que mi hijo de 11 años y yo recomendaría muy bien. La sala de club, que le ofrece acceso al Café, un restaurante que sirve a los miembros del Club de desayunos complimentarios 7-10:30am y Alto Tea 5-6pm y un almuerzo y cena de La carts cart. La sala de club es excepcional, con balcón con mesa y sillas que miran al Mar Árabe, cama de rey con una matrícula y cama muy cómoda, marche fantástico en la ducha, la bañera y el baño, con todas las toallas. La habitación está bien limpia y la comida es maravillosa. Comemos todo con seguridad sin molestias estomacales aquí y el personal era maravillosa.

I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight
Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep.
Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK.
Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación es buena y el hotel es justo bien. Necesito una renovación alrededor del camino que conduce a la playa. ***y optar por esta ubicación para facilitar el acceso a las playas, si no se mantiene, se desiluden.
El SPA no es por la expectativa y la mantenimiento del spa es muy malo. La comida es por encima de la media. El desayuno buffet es bueno, pero no hay variedad para los que permanecen más tiempo. En general, fue una buena experiencia. El hotel está muy bien situado en la piscina, el Sr. Babu se le debe dar por su servicio.

GGavinAngOverall, I am happy to stay here throughout this one week simply because all the staff are super friendly. Greetings to me every day and smile all the time.
Only some personal comments regarding the hotel access card, no disturb/ clean my room card are not 5 star hotel standard.
Most importantly is the hygiene issues need some effort or improvement. The drinking water cap is dirty, the cup is dirty, the wall gets mouldy, etc.
Most of the food in the restaurant is not available. Advice to simplify the menu.
Gym facilities are old, some already spoiled and not fixing yet. No towel provided.

1. caretaker was very very friendly. He had called in advance to ask when we would check in, shared the number we can use in case of any need and also told us he will be out on the road if we need help to locate the property. we eventually did have to call him because the house is located beside a slope and it's from a level down to the road from the direction we came( the other side of the house it's located above the road). but as soon as we called he was out on the road and helped us. 2. One point to note is that we have to park the car on the road. The house required climbing stairs up/down, so we cannot take the car past the gate. 3. the bathrooms are very clean ( bathrooms are the biggest fear for me). Their shower was very very good and unlike most places in tvm located near the beach, the tap water was not hard water. it was soft. they have hot and cold water. Towels were also provided, so also soap and travel friendly size of shampoo and moisturizer.
4. you can hear the waves loud and clear. you can also see the waves from your porch etc. you can also see the Vizinjam mosque dome and minarets from he property. also the lighthouse is very close by and can be seen from the property. 5. The beach is super near. Everything is at walking distance. Breakfast offered was bread, butter/jam. so we opted out. Drinking water was provided. There are cupboards inside for storage.Chairs and a table too. There is a door between the bottom two rooms that can be locked or unlocked. Hence it's great for families security wise. Overall, it's reliable and worry free.

SShijin S ShajiThis hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!
