The rooms were nice and clean. A little wear on the bathtub but it was clean. Beds were comfy linens felt good. Pillows are super soft but they give you 4 to a bed so workable. The pool area was also very clean with nice places to sit and just relax and the hot tub was a nice relaxing experience. There is a little lounge if you want a cocktail and breakfast was good. Although I would have liked a little fruit. There were waffles biscuits and gravy, English muffins and some pastries as well as cereal eggs and sausage juice and yogurt. Oh and coffee! Views are nice it is pet friendly and so am I.

Sharon at the front desk was an amazing person that helped with anything I needed and was kind and energetic and seems to be a hard worker! All of the other staff was good and friendly and helpful as well! I would recommend this place and will be coming back to stay here again!

Exceptional service is granted to all of those who stay. With the exceptionally friendly staff, who catered to every need, my girlfriend and I were satisfied to the upmost levels. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone

Reviews were all over the place on this property, but they had rooms with bunk beds so gave it a try. Room was tired but clean, everything worked, one bunkbed was missing sheets(other bedding was all clean, just no sheets) or else would have given a 5/5…clerk was friendly & apologized & gave me sheets for the bunk. I would stay here again

There is not much to say. I booked a hotel room online and when I got here they said they only have SMOKING rooms left. I checked my purchase order and it says non-smoking. Walking into the room was like losing a lung. Absolutely a disgusting place and I would recommend everyone to stay clear.

The hotel is old, no elevator, card reader on the back door is broken so the door is always unlocked. Lobby was decent but the room and the upstairs hallway really showed it’s age. Although the hotel has non smoking rooms the hallway smelled like Cheech and Chong’s van. The towels in the room weren’t great. I am efficient but could barely get dry with one. The plumbing was slow to drain in both the sink and shower so that was another minor annoyance. Bathrooms are tiny too. Pool was a balmy 60 degrees and had no towels. The pool area was awesome though, seating and a large well lit space around it that was family friendly. The laundry was only $1 per load so kudos for that. On a positive note I’ll credit the staff for being friendly and pleasant. I enjoyed the gal at the front desk.

This hotel should not really be a quality inn because it had many things that needed improvement. The door to our room was cracked I'm not sure what kind of a security risk that was. Also the side door the card reader was gone and anyone could get in without having a key. The room itself was okay. It did have a little smell. I've stayed in way better quality inns for less cost.

Great Hotel. Very Clean and Nice. Loved the Breakfast. Super nice employees. Thermopolis is a wonderful small community. The Star Plunge Swimming Pool is awesome. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Not a lot of selection in this town but this hotel has seen better days. Outside key entry broke. Dead bolt in room hanging off the screws. Advertised pool apparently has been in “repair” for months. A joke of a breakfast. Thin walls, you could hear everything the person next door was saying. Everything here is probably 30 years old. Tiny tiny shampoo/conditioner bottles - maybe enough for 1 person. The only plus was it had a room with a bunk bed. Just an odd place overall.
