Best hotel experience are so excellent and staff is so kindly and friendly special is uday 🙂 service was exceptional and the food was absolutely fantastic the grounds are so beautiful that you never get tired walking around rooms and suites are praised for the comfort and amenities.

It's very saddest part to say that this resort is very phethetic because both the female receptionists was very rude,unprofessional,very diplomatic and unknowlegable.As they themselves doesn't know hospitality and playing blame games.This was my 2nd visit and definitely last.

Attended friends wedding at Selverador. The foods were delicious and the arrangement were excellent. Only thing was lacking was the front desk troupe. The receptionist alongwith Dolly who was very much experience but her cmpanion wasvery much unprofessional with open hairs that interrupts resorts value. Overall I enjoyed the function. I am thinking to plan my family vacation in Selverador.

Please dont waste your money in this resort! Simply pathetic.completely ruined our family stay.we booked a villa. But the villa is not actually villa.they are just 3 rooms completely seperate from each other with different entries. Rooms unclean, dusty & broken furniture.horrible bathtub.washrooms are in such bad conditions that our all family members had to skip bathing. They are so bad you cant even take a step in washroom. Swimming pool water was looking cloudy as if it is not clean. The super funny thing they charge you 50 rs for an ice box. Also they charge 50 rs if you ask extra towels near poolside. If you are carrying your own liquor at pool side then they will charge you 1 rupee per ml i.e. 300 rs for a 300 ml beer can!!! In front of the resort there is a dumping ground where dumping truck are frequently pass by. So it makes the place stinky! This was my most worst experience ever for any resort in my whole lifetime! Please please dont get excited by the pictures on website. Those pictures are fake. In reality it is very pathetic!

Right now I am staying at this resort and there is not a single thing without complaint. This resort is very very problematic. We wanted to book the seperate rooms but the staff suggested a villa for a big family of 16 people. The check in time is at 12 pm. We reached there at 1pm. Still our rooms were not ready. There were old people and children with us. They made us wait half hour to clean the rooms. Let me tell you one by one. 1. Rooms-please do not go for the villa.rooms are pathetic, unclean, unhygienic.furniture is old, broken & dusty.stains on bedsheets & curtains.bathtub was awful with yellow stains and dust. 2.washroom-All washrooms in whole resort are horrible.not at all maintained & clean. Poolside washroom is pathetic.i felt like puking. 3. Swimming pool-water is cloudy.not enough chlorinated.i hope we don't get skin infection. 4.play room-the table tennis ball was broken.we asked for new ball.they said they don't have it.skooner table was under maintenance.carrom was dusty.no outdoor badminton court which they claim they have at time of booking 5.room service-extremelt lazy staff.staff kept the used dishes outside the room overnight even after telling them to clean & cleaned directly at the time of checkout. The only good thing is food. Otherwise everything was below average. This place needs major maintainence.Please don't waste your money on this resort.
