We booked a room with two king beds and got the handicapped room with two queen beds. Room smelled awful like heavy use of pine sol. The shower head was not secure and water pressure was weak. Other than that hotel was clean new and check in was fine.

Pier and Treasure were the best cooks we have had in a hotel buffet breakfast. They kept the area clean and the food was cooked very well. They both were friendly and greeted us and other guests each morning. They constantly asked if we needed anything else like coffee, creamer,muffins, etc. The front desk manager was very nice and accommodating. We had an issue with the pull out bed sheets and the TV and they were both corrected within minutes. We will most definitely return to this location.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. we had to deal with so much attitude and problems while we were here over memorial day weekend. The first problem we had was there was fruit in the fridge and it wasn't cleaned out but the housekeeper was kind enough to come back and address this problem and told me it was her lunch? ( I believe shouldn't have been a problem in the first place). But fine we can live with that. but moving on to wanting to use the pull out bed in the couch and there was a fitted sheet on it that had either dry blood or a dried pee stain on it. The housekeeping manager came up to change it and was apologetic but 1. There was no mattress protector on it so the mattress itself is probably soiled and 2. It should've been cleaned when we got here. So we decided no one is allowed to sleep on it for hygienic reasons. But going to our second day, our toilet stopped flushing and we informed the front desk and maintenance guy and he told us there's only one pump for the entire hotel and since it's full occupancy sometimes we won't be able to flush??? I'm sorry but for a corporate hotel whose goal is to be sold out I find that ridiculous. Breakfast was good for complimentary but I was really looking forward to using the pancake machine but that was broken too. Also, the elevator was broken during our stay and for a fully occupied hotel with one elevator made using it really hard. On top of it all I told numerous staff members and wanted to speak to a supervisor but was told they're not there until 6am the following day. When I called to tell them that I had problems with my stay and would like to tell a supervisor about it the manager was practically screaming and being extremely hostile towards me stating "you want a free stay, do u want a free stay? What do you want?" "I've been here all weekend and no one told me about this and now that you've checked out you want to complain?" When I politely asked to speak to a manager because of some issues we dealt with when we were there and how a manager was supposed to contact me. There is ZERO customer service here and clearly no one cares about their guests stay clear of this place it's not a good establishment and honestly should be closed

The cleanliness and peacefulness of the location made up for the shortcomings of the staff. We’ve stayed at IHG locations around the country for years and have never experienced what happened at this location. Upon check in the front desk worker was polite, but seemed very confused. We were handed keys to room 218, went up and opened the door to find two people already sleeping in the room. I felt so bad for the guests who were already in there. Keep in mind it was after midnight on a Wednesday. The front desk could only repeat to me that he had no idea how that happened. After about 20 minutes of stumbling through making new room keys, we made our way to our new room in hopes of it not being occupied. Breakfast was fair. The morning crew was much more attentive than the night crew. I surely hope the couple in the room we intruded on were offered a substantial discount for that mistake.

My family stayed for several days a few weeks ago. We were comfortable the entire stay. The hotel is clean, newly renovated, and in a great location. Every staff member is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great too!

We traveled there for a 2-day stay. The location is good, but the general condition of the facility is not as clean as other locations. The breakfast is very good. The water in the pool was cloudy so not sure if the PH levels are being kept correct or not. The outside of the property was not kept up well. They looked like the were refacing the entire outside of the hotel when we were there we which is not where the money is needed in my opinion.
