"It's a wonderful place to relax! It's perfect! We stayed in a nice cabin, very spacious, beautifully decorated. I loved the varanda. Plenty of sun! My husband enjoyed reading his book there. I loved the bad, the TV, the whole apartment. The two sinks is out of restroom. I love that. Plenty of closets. Super clean.Extra comfortable bed and pillows. The food is delicious and the chefs is extraordinary! Vanderley took good care of us . Rodrigo makes the best breads in Brazil. His French bread is extraordinary nice! The afternoon coffee , tea and cookies , a plus. We did full board. Perfect! Ronaldo was very nice replacing Vanderley time off. The pool area is very beautiful. I highly recommend!"

"El hotel es encantador! La zona verde es hermosa y muy bien cuidado. El lago es absolutamente encantador. La parte del ocio es super completa con área de piscina, tobogán, campos de tenis, playa de tenis, voleibol y fútbol. La granja es graciosa y el paseo de caballo incluso y muy agradable para los pequeños! Toda la estructura es muy rustica y antigua pero con el super mantenimiento en el día! La cama de mi habitación era muy espaciosa y el colchón y la mesa premium! La nueva parte de eventos está siendo construida y parece que será un punto alto para reuniones y afines. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y las que tienen malaria son ideales para una mejor organización con niños. Incluso con lluvia los niños se diviertan con el equipo de recreo que fue notado MIL! Puntos extras para la tía Gabi y todo el equipo de tíos que son muy graciosos y atentos todo el tiempo. La habitación cubierta, sala cerca de la piscina y la sala de juegos ofrecen apoyo en los días de lluvia. Un párrafo aparte para las comidas que super cuentan el mensaje para el desayuno, almuerzo y cena. No hay nada extravagante, pero todos los días tiene buenas opciones y una variedad de saladas y comidas sanas. Todo muy fresco y sabroso. Las sobremesas, a diferencia de otros hoteles tienen cada día la selección de dulces en calda y en compota además de varias opciones de dulces elaborados como tortas, quesocakes, etc. (las opciones no se repetiron durante los 3 días que estuve allí). El almuerzo de la tarde también es un maravilloso mimo. Todo el equipo del hotel está de felicitaciones - de las camareras, recepción, cocineros y chicos. Muy atentos y amables. El show con música en vivo el sábado 4/4 fue un punto alto - muy divertido y relajado. ¡Se sugiere tener otras noches con entretenimiento para los adultos! Otra sugerencia sería una mejora para el servicio de reservas por whatsapp - casi me renunciaron a viajar por cuenta del servicio robotizado. Personalmente prefiero algo más personalizado y completo. Volveré con amigos pronto!"

"I've often stayed at this hotel, and my family and I like it. However, this time, when I entered room 206, there was a terrible mold stink. So, I requested to change rooms, and they did that. Room 414 was much better, with no bad smell, and it was very clean, but instead of a queen bed, as booked, there were twin beds put together as a couple bed. We decided not to complain anymore because the bed was comfortable, though. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff is nice. This time, we went to the gym and found a cozy rooftop view of the sky at night."

"Perfecto para familia y niños. Alimentos muy buenos y variados en todos los períodos del día. Cuidado muy bueno de todos, pero especialmente de la recreadora Dandah y el garito Altair. Somos muy agradecidos. Fabrica muy legal y los bichos muy bien cuidados. Arivides todo el día para no dejar a los niños parados. Cuadras de voleibol, fútsa, tenis además de las piscinas. Habitaciones muy buenas y cómodas, el único punto que podría mejorar es el ducha que es muy difícil de regular, o calentar mucho o congelar. Pero volveremos con seguridad."

"The environment, service and food are great. The experience is amazing for little kids, especially in the Swiss Farm, where they can interact with the animals. The minors are the Slow WiFi , kind of bad AC, the pool could be cleaner and it needs some refurbishing since some tiles are broken and this can hurt someone. The level of comfort in the room is more for a good 3 stars hotel . All in all, I would return and recommend it."

"Starting with the positive points: #1 - There is a wide variety of possible activities. #2 - The food is replenished during meals. #3 - The staff are generally very friendly, in all areas, especially on the farm. #4 - There is a wide variety of animals on the farm, and you can get up close and personal with them. Excellent for those who like animals. #5 - The room is well heated. Negative points: #1 - Most of the activities are paid separately and the activity time is quite disproportionate to the price. I paid 80 reais for 30 minutes of archery for me and my daughter. Renting a bike is even more expensive, and the time is the same. #2 - If you go to the restaurant alone and have to get up to go to the buffet, you probably won't find your plate again, because someone else will have already taken it away. While one family member serves themselves, another has to keep an eye on the other family members' plates. #3 - I was in a room with a gap in the door that allowed me to see inside the room. #4 - So-called "heated" pools are actually cold. There is only one tiny heated pool that is freely accessible at the hotel. #5 - The hotel's common areas are not adequately heated, with few sources of heat (heaters, lamps, etc.). If you don't wear much clothing, you'll be cold even in the lobby or restaurant. #6 (serious!) - On the day of check-out, employees entered our room without authorization twice before we left, and on one occasion my daughter was alone in the room while she was taking a shower. #7 - When you choose to stay at the Magique hotel, you are given "free" access to the Magique park, but guests do not have special access, and they have to wait in line to get a card to access the park, just like anyone else who comes from outside. In fact, out of the 3 days I stayed, I only had the courage to wait in line for 1 day. The park only opens in the afternoon, and sometimes you even have to compete with crowded tour vans. During high season, the hotel should give its guests priority access, or extend its opening hours. #8 - For those who go by Uber/taxi, be prepared to pay a good amount, as it is far from the center of Teresópolis, and drivers ask for higher prices than what the app shows. #9 - The hotel requires a credit card block of 500 reais per day (!) of stay, which will be refunded on the day of check-out (which does not mean that your limit will be refunded on that day, so you may have to wait 1 or 2 invoices to get your limit back)."
