NO TE HOSPEDES EN ESTE NIDO DE RATAS. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE I stayed at this awful hotel last Saturday. Just to name the two worst things that happened to me out of many more... I went to the restaurant ”Milagros” for breakfast. I arrived 9.35 and i was like 10 minutes until i was greeted by the waitress. She told me to wait for the greeter. Another 10 minutes and waitress came again and she made me take a seat. I requested a burrito and an omelette to go, 5 minutes later the greeter showed up saying that i will be charged extra because the F&B credit is only for buffet, but 10 minutes later she said it was ok and because she s not the waitress she doesnt know the diamond HiltonHonors rules. Food arrived 10.25am... 50 minutes for all of this. Second: after eating the burrito as fast as possible because i didnt have much time for all the delay for breakfast, i started to pack. I already requested a shuttle to the airport at 11am. I was at reception at 10.50 as requested. I said to the front desk clerk that my wife and i were ready and she said ” driver is coming in 5-10 minutes here”. 11...11.10... 11.20she was looking at me and nothing until 11.25 i asked what happened that i will miss my flight, and she called the driver. ” he s coming, was her answer”. We both run and we almost missed our flight. Extremely disorganized. no respect for my diamond status. Not even a fake sorry. Motel6 treats u much better!!! Shame on Hilton group for having useless people using their franchise!

Muy bueno hotel para permanecer en particular si usted va a estar allí para la universidad o si usted quiere ver con todo alrededor de él sin tener que viajar tan muchas millas ubicación en el centro de la ciudad Tempe junto al estadio sí las áreas de compras todos en torno a usted comida ciudad de comida ciudad pizza lugar que tienes seguridad abajo la calle y limpiar las tiendas de deportes y todo el alimento y denominarlo Es allí

First, the bad…. The bathroom barn door does not shut properly! A relationship is much better with privacy when using the toilet. How hard is it to install a proper door? Apparently very hard because the door into the sleeping area also didn’t close properly. Also, my room was lacking a privacy sign, so I asked for and received one delivery to my room. I received it while I was still in the room. I removed it when I went out for the day (around 10am). Room was never serviced. Otherwise, this is a really nice hotel. Fantastic lobby. Live music the two weeknights I was there. Comfy chair in the room. Netflix and YouTube on the TV. Nearby to lots of restaurants. Short Uber to the airport. Extremely convenient to ASU. I would come back, but I sure hope they get the bathroom doors to work.

Estaba aquí 7 noches mientras asistiba a una conferencia. No tenía absolutamente ningún problema. Inició el check-in y salió usando la aplicación y la clave digital. La habitación era limpia, tranquila y tenía todas las amnistías que necesitamos. La zona de ropa es agradable y el espacio de contras en el baño. Pequeña zona de comida con microondas, refrigerador y cafetera. La televisión tenía una gran imagen. Las camas estaban cómodas con mucho espacio en el estacionamiento nocturno, estaciones de carga y una luz de libro. La habitación está cerrada a la oscura y no puede oír a la gente en otras habitaciones o en el pasillo.

I stayed for 5 nights on a business trip. Pros: Front desk staff is really friendly and helpful! The room is spacious and has a lot of storage for a hotel room. The kitchenette is nice - full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and a dishwasher. You can check out a cook top from the front desk if you need it. The fitness room (shared with the adjacent hotel) is quite large. 5 or so treadmills, 4 ellipticals, a couple of bikes, a rowing machines and weights. The pool area is very nice. Besides lounge chairs, there are tables with chairs with cushions. There's also a firepit (gas). There is also a bar but it wasn't staffed when I was there. Cons: It is a little inconvenient to have to check in at the hotel next door, but it's not as big of a deal as some have made it. The other hotel is attached and the door is maybe 100 feet away. Once you are in, you can walk inside to get between the two. The breakfast is really lacking - especially when you are likely catering to people who are going to be there a while. The selections are the same from day to day - pre-made cheese omelets, bagels and bread, waffles, oatmeal. No fruit except some old looking whole apples and oranges. Mixed, cut fruit would be nice! The hotel next door offers a better breakfast but you have to pay for it. I stayed on the side facing the pool and it was nice and quiet. My co-worker stayed on the side facing the highway and she said it was very noisy all night! They do not clean your room daily unless requested the night before. a big deal and it's pretty standard right now. Except- then give me 5 days worth of coffee instead of making me go to the desk to get it! The location is in a light industrial area which means you won't be walking to restaurants or shops (except Badlands which is right next door. It's really good!) I will be back in the area for work again in a few months. Will I stay here again? Maybe, but I'll also check out some other options.
