El hotel está en conversión desde un Best Western a un Holiday Inn, diciendo que: había algunas inconvenientes sin área de desayuno todavía, y las habitaciones no tenían armario (no terminado todavía). No obstante, el personal del escritorio del frente era muy amable y útil; 100% grande! El desayuno en un bolso era bueno, y nos mantuvieron a disposición de un buen café. Así que todavía era un buen lugar para dormir y no hay grandes problemas.

The idea was to overnight while getting off the flight from Miami to PHX but my wife made the trip herself. Long explanation but I was 9 minutes late & 6 minutes before the scheduled flight. We had 6 flights this trip and all were late except this one of course. They sold my ticket which I had paid for and I had done the 24 hour check in. My spouse made the flight and showed up without her husband while I slept on the floor at D-29 Miami airport. But this is about Hampton Inn May 4th; Now we are reviewing. My spouse called Hampton for a ride to the hotel. No problems! Smooth. They were there quickly! They accepted her as I had listed her as my guest. Besides they are very accommodating. She had a wonderful breakfast and she had choices as she is low carbohydrate. I had sent her the Hampton Info and they made it seamless. Wifi worked well. I had gotten the reservation 7-10 days earlier. She was driven back to Terminal B in the morning. My flight hit gate A-5 25 minutes before she started boarding. I was beat and tired of sleeping on the floor in Miami but I caught her and together we boarded for Pasco. I asked her about experience and she said 5 star. Sensational!

This place is as crooked as the day is long. I had a $107 charge on my checking account and I do not remember making the reservation nor did I receive any email correspondence warning me that I was being expected there. When I called they advised me to contact Expedia. When Expedia called them, they told them I was out of luck. Thanks for the $107. This is likely why they are a 2 star hotel with terrible reviews. They are more interested in the short term money snatching than with the idea of creating any goodwill with guests.

OK for a very short overnight stay (only in summer) prior to flying. Very basic place that is somewhat outdated with smaller rooms and lower-quality fixtures. The beds were OK, and the AC worked. We've stayed here twice in the last three months. The first time, the water in the shower was way too cold...just above body temperature. Figured it was just a defective shower and the luck of the draw. Nope. On our second visit, got even colder water in another room. The desk clerk/manager/suspected owner said that there was no problem, we just needed to learn to turn the handle all the way to ”hot”... duh ... his way of telling us to take a hike. Which we did.

We enjoyed staying at the University Inn. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. It was immaculately clean, and there were plenty of toiletries. Despite being on a busy street, the room was quiet at night. There is an in-room mini-fridge and coffee maker, but no microwave. Also, our room had two twin sofa-beds...they looked fine for a child, but did not look very comfortable for an adult. Fortunately, the 2 queen beds met our needs for sleep accommodations. The sofas were great for lounging...the three of us sat on one together to watch a move on our tablet. I would stay there again the next time I visit Tempe.

Apartamentos simples y limpios, cómodos para un estancia en el aeropuerto. Connie en la recepción fue muy amable y útil. Vio un montón de perros bonitos desde que el hotel es amigable con perros y el café gratis por la mañana me dio un comienzo zipky. Parking y habitaciones tranquilas.
