El hotel muy bien ubicado. Pero no hay aire acondicionado. La comida buena Cuidado ya que te piden la tarjeta te recargan 100 dólares. Pero al salir no devolvieron la plata. Por suerte volvimos otro día al mismo hotel. Y explicamos que aún está el cargo en la tarjeta

Come to Israel, come to Tel Aviv, but avoid Royal Beach. I write with much pain as I love Tel Aviv, the State of Israel, and its people. I recently stayed at Royal Beach with my husband and baby. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory: it was very disappointing. In all my travels I have not had an even remotely comparable interaction like the one I had at Royal Beach. Specifically, I was taken aback when an employee berated me for not understanding what he was saying to me in Hebrew. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt criticized. Instead of trying to communicate in a normal voice, I was yelled at in front of my baby. All for not speaking Hebrew? All for not understanding Hebrew? When has the ability to speak and understand the local language been a prerequisite for staying at a large hotel in a major, global city? Does English (ironically not my first language) not suffice? This mind-boggling interaction made me uncomfortable during my stay, and I believe that businesses - especially hotels with international visitors abound - should strive to maintain inclusivity for all guests regardless of language skills, nationality, or race. While I understand that mistakes can happen, and that the mistake of one may not reflect that of an entire organization, the way this particular incident was handled - through deflection, denial, and disrespect from the employee - truly overshadowed my entire stay. What makes this a bigger concern is the fact that it seemed to be an attack on my ethnicity and race. Ven a Israel, ven a Tel Aviv, pero evita Royal Beach. Este incidente impactante me hizo sentir incómoda durante mi estancia, y creo que las empresas, especialmente los hoteles con visitantes internacionales, deberían esforzarse por mantener la inclusión de todos los huéspedes, independientemente de sus habilidades lingüísticas, nacionalidad o raza. El hotel 2300 es similar al Samsung doméstico, con habitaciones pequeñas e instalaciones deficientes. Debido a que era miembro de Marriott, se actualizó después, pero el área es la misma y está ligeramente renovada. Hay un salón en el piso de arriba, que es más confuso y come casi el mismo tipo que el desayuno. Playa pública de la planta baja. Recientemente tuvimos el placer de hospedarnos en este magnífico hotel con nuestra familia y queremos compartir nuestra experiencia excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos bienvenidos y atendidos de manera impecable. Las instalaciones del hotel son simplemente impresionantes. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y decoradas con un gusto exquisito. Nos encantó la atención al detalle y la limpieza impecable en todo el establecimiento. Las áreas comunes simplemente hermosas y brindaban un ambiente relajante y sereno. Sin embargo, lo que realmente hizo especial nuestra estancia fue el personal del hotel. En particular, nos gustaría agradecer sinceramente a Hayim Ajobel. Desde el primer momento en que interactuamos con él, su calidez y profesionalismo nos impresionaron. A fantastic break at the Carlton, fantastic staff as you'd expect from a 5 star hotel but these guys and gals went above and beyond, from the reception personnel and beyond the attention to service was remarkable, amazing location, and probably the best bed and pillows I've ever used.

El servicio fue muy bueno y mis compañeros se lesionaron en la cintura. El hotel fue notificado para cambiar la cama dura con anticipación, y el servicio fue muy atento. Ubicación cerca del mar. El desayuno es abundante y las instalaciones son relativamente nuevas.

Great location at the 'entrance' to Jaffa with views of the sea, broad walk up the coastline with all the modern high rise of Tel Aviv. Old city behind has lots of charm, restaurants etc. One morning we comfortably walked along the seafront right up past the Hilton and back as well as all around the port area / centre of Jaffa. Hotel is beautifully and tastefully restored / built, it is charming and stylish. We felt welcomed on check-in (I think it was Dean) and although arrived early, our room was ready. We had booked a basic room but were very fortunate to get upgraded 2 levels to an Executive Room on the 4th floor (with access to Lounge). We overlooked the roundabout, views of sea and coastline, totally lovely. Room is beautifully designed, very comfortable, good size, fabulous large bathroom with separate rain shower. We were here 2 nights only which included Holocaust Memorial Day so all restaurants/leisure closed from 6pm in the whole of Israel. Luckily hotel catering remains open. One would have thought that as a guest of the hotel, they should make sure that there is space in their restaurant and only keep it for in-house guests. It was not the case. No space in restaurant but managed to eat in the bar which serves a limited 'milk' menu including sushi. It was still pleasant, we ordered a pizza to share which was decent. The lovely Sophie made the experience more pleasant and kindly remembered we wanted some milk to take back to our room for our Nespresso in the morning! A note on the 'Mediterranee', the Lounge incase you need to decide whether to book a room with access. It is only open 12:30-6:30 so great if you usually have lunch and beverages. The food is top notch. A fabulous, delicious and well presented array of mainly mezze dishes including various cold fish, some hot dishes (pasta and vegetables) as well as fruit and some sweet things. Wine, tea/coffee, some spirits but couldn't see any mixes apart from fruit juices. Lovely deck outside to sit and relax. Only negatives - staff can be a bit aloof and not very attentive or proactive, especially up on the pool area for service and cleaning up. - bed linen felt cheap (though towels nice), not high cotton count like one gets at most 5* properties I have been to Tel Aviv a couple of times before for business and stayed in one of the modern luxury high rise. If I came back, this is the only hotel I would stay in.

The Dan Hotel in Tel Aviv was decades ago a nice hotel. Since then, it became neglected. The executive suite looks dark, the furniture and carpet would need a complete makeover. The access to and the pool area itself don’t look inviting at all. Those resemble more common areas of a 3 Star hotel. Views towards the ocean are nice, the location is absolutely the best, however the rest not so much. Out of necessity of creating revenue, the hotel works also with large local groups (the cheapos!). Encountering them at breakfast was a nightmare since those low class individuals think that they are at a State fair and they absolutely have no consideration for other guests of the hotel. Every single one of them was loud and obnoxious. No manners. Unfortunately at the current stage I can’t recommend this property, let alone the Dan being considered part of the LHW group.

This marks my fifth stay at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv Hotel, and my experience has consistently been exceptional. Visiting during the lower season has been particularly enjoyable, as the reduced crowd levels allow for a more personalized and attentive service experience. The staff demonstrates a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The M Lounge stands out as an excellent facility, characterized by its welcoming atmosphere and highly professional team. I would like to extend my appreciation to Janice, Anastasia, Elena, and the entire management team for their outstanding service. Their dedication and attentiveness contribute significantly to the overall quality of the experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the future.
