Spacious room (seems like a one bedroom apartment with small kitchen converted to a hotel room), cute Bauhaus architecture, slightly shabby but still charming, good breakfast, cute back porch. Staff: some good, some so-so. Good location, near Rothschild, restaurants.

Wonderful hotel, great location walking distance to everything, restaurants, Jaffa, grocery store. We loved sitting on the balcony after a long day. Staff was wonderful. We had everything we needed. We will be back.

Good hotel, great location, parking available which is very important in tel aviv. big rooms, close to main streets in tel aviv and many places to hang out, restaurants,shops. enjoyed our stay, than you very much!

Great team, very large comfortable rooms but really have to improve on the rooms decor , the posters in the walls are terrible, better nothing at all , other then that great place to stay, nice location. The furniture just looks so cheap and it’s a shame to ruin the overall experience with this

The location was great. I didn't want to stay at one of the beach hotels, but I wish I had because this hotel was rundown and tacky. The pitch is "Live Art Hotel," and I was expecting artwork in the lobby and in my room. Even if I didn't appreciate the art, everyone has their own taste. The artwork in the lobby and rooms are only posters, some stained, pinned to the wall with thumb tacks. Remined me of when I was a teenager tacking posters in my room. Lightening cheap, dirty, and missing bulbs. There was a weird bean bag in the living room area that had no practical function. The only redeeming value was the breakfast area run by (obviously not by the hotel) a mother and daughter. For the price - expensive when I stayed - I would rather sleep in a tent. Harsh but true.
