Without a doubt the worst hotel experience I've ever endured. Upon returning from an evening out, I was met with a shocking predicament - my room door lock was broken, denying me access to my belongings which were locked inside. My predicament was heightened by the fact that I was stranded outside my room the entire night, with essential items such as clean clothes, my phone charger, and money locked inside. When I reached out to the hotel management for assistance, I was met with a disappointing lack of empathy and effective solutions. While an offer to move to another room was made, it didn't address the primary issue - I was still separated from my personal belongings, and left to navigate an unfamiliar city without the basics. The unfortunate incidents didn't end there. After eventually gaining access to a new room, my privacy was severely violated when an individual entered my room unannounced while I was sleeping at 8 am, adding to my distress. Adding insult to injury, the management refused to issue a refund for the night I was unable to utilize my original room. The lack of understanding and compensatory action on their part is nothing short of a disgrace. I strongly urge potential guests to reconsider their choice. It's crucial to patronize establishments that value their guests' security, privacy, and overall satisfaction. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on all fronts, turning what should have been an enjoyable stay into an exceedingly stressful ordeal.
