That beautiful hotel in the picture doesn’t exist. It’s a dump!! Patio furniture upholstery has been stripped to the bare wood, there’s no restaurant that’s advertised, no concierge ( only a pink haired girl who works til 4 and then no body at the desk), trash dumped all over, glass furniture broken in the room, faucets corroded, parties all night on the roof. My kids stayed at better youth hostels.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THE GOOD: -Steps away from the beach THE BAD: -Exterior of the building is dirty, damaged and aged. -Mold and Water damage everywhere in the room -No Bar, No Restaurant, No Breakfast, No Concierge services. -Holes in curtains -The Lobby looked abandoned with bug infested chairs and one folding table. -The kitchen was abandoned and wreaked of sewage. -The linens had a large urine (Pee) stain on them. -I prepaid for my room and was unable to get my money back. This hotel should not be taking in guests. Services they advertise is not available. Pictures they post are false. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

FO NOT BOOK ROOM HERE.We booked this hotel because the pictures were beautiful. The only truth is is is across the road from the beach It is a run down flea bag Hotel. We were given a security front door code but the door doesn’t lock. The stucco outside is crumbling. The front desk is filthy dirty. The owner intentionally omitted there isn’t an elevator. We are seniors with mobility issues and had to carry our baggage up 2 floors after travelling from Eilat The front door is supposed to have a security code to get in but the front door doesn’t lock There is no restaurant, bar or breakfast The furniture in the lobby is flea bitten and run down. The internet does not work There isn’t a coffee shop or coffee and tea in common area No snack bar or deli No concierge service No multilingual staff Now let’s go to the room The sitting area had a ratty sofa that is thread bear. There was a sheet on it to cover the mess There were water damage marks in the bedroom in a few locations The bathroom was covered in mold floor to ceiling The light did not work The faucet had metal erosion The toilet was placed so there was no leg room No telephone in the room Unfortunately we prepaid and I have gone after ******* for a refund We did not stay there. We went across the street to the Sheraton by Marriott I have attached images

The worst “hotel” (isn’t a hotel, is an apart), in Tel Aviv. We arrived, no one received us, we stayed 3 nights no met anyone, one day doesn’t clean our room, the fridge froze our foods, and I had to take a shower one day with cold water because just hot water didn’t come and I can’t talk with anyone because nobody is here. The worst. Horrible. Don’t stay here. Never. Ah! The bathroom doesn’t have privacy, it’s glass transparent. Bye, never come here, read me. El peor “hotel” (no es un hotel, es un apart), en Tel Aviv. Llegamos, nadie nos recibió, nos quedamos 3 noches sin conocer a nadie, un día no nos limpian la habitación, la nevera nos congeló la comida, y tuve que bañarme un día con agua fría porque solo agua caliente no viene y no puedo hablar con nadie porque no hay nadie. Lo peor. Horrible. No te quedes aquí. Nunca. ¡Ay! El baño no tiene privacidad, es de vidrio transparente. Adiós, nunca vengas aquí, léeme.

Dieses Hotel ist pleite. Es gibt kein Personal. Das Restaurant ist am ersten Tag nach meiner Ankunft ausgezogen.Es gab kein Frühstück, obwohl bezahlt. Mein Zimmer wurde 2 Wochen nicht gereinigt. Hier wird leider nur betrogen und abgezockt. Das Management ist nicht erreichbar.
