Vna Resort

I recently had a terrible experience with VNA Beach Resort By Ganges, Rishikesh, and I would not recommend booking this property. My family and I booked a stay through MakeMyTrip for two nights from April 25th to April 27th. However, when we arrived at the resort, we found it locked and closed. Despite making multiple phone calls, no one from the resort answered our calls or responded to our messages. After waiting outside the property in the harsh sun for nearly 40 minutes, a caretaker finally arrived and informed us that the resort is closed on Tuesdays and operates only between Friday-Sunday. Furthermore, the caretaker was unaware of our booking and said that the staff was on leave during the off days. It was a frustrating experience, and we had to book another property. After the incident, we tried to escalate the issue with MakeMyTrip, but the hotelier lied to them that the property was open, and they refused to refund our money. As a result, I had to go through a lot of trouble and was very disappointed with both the hotel and MakeMyTrip's customer service. In conclusion, I would not recommend VNA Beach Resort By Ganges, Rishikesh, as the staff were unprofessional, unresponsive and lacked basic communication skills. Please beware of this property and consider other options in Rishikesh.

Worst possible staff running this place, I would have still given a better review just because of the location, but the staff ruined it all together, it became a stressful time just to be there listening to these uncourtious and totally non hospitable staff. I don't suggest anyone to waste your money and time here, look for some other place, this place is filled with argumentative staff, uncomfortable rooms/bed, below average food. We were 10 of us staying there all couples coming back from kedarnath & badrinath hoping to relax and enjoy this place but nothing like that happened.i usually don't write reviews but had to put this out because they really messed it up, special mention to manoj who was shouting, abusing, and talking in the most unruly manner ever. They are a gang working there please be aware if you still manage to book this place.

Exceedingly rude in behaviour. No one even greets the guests. A peon level *** decides the permission for entry of guests. Poor conduct. I think the owners are taking guests for a ride. As consumers we should not accept this level of arrogance. Avoid it totally. It’s in their head that guests can be treated pathetically!
