Hanna Boutique Hotel

I recently stayed at Hanna Boutique Hotel and I was blown away by how amazing it was. The hotel's unique design and attention to detail created a truly special atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I loved the convenient location and the delicious food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to come back!

I recently stayed at Hanna Boutique Hotel in Tehran for the third time, and unfortunately, it was my worst experience yet. The hotel itself has a charming design, but the quality of service and the way guests are treated is unacceptable—especially for the price they charge. The rooms and toilets were smelly and unpleasant, which made the stay uncomfortable. Only one bottle of water was provided in the room, and when I requested more, they charged me extra. When I raised this issue with the reception, I was spoken to rudely and told, “Everywhere is like this.” Having stayed at many other hotels, I can confidently say this is not true. The worst part was during checkout when they charged me again for the room I had already paid for. I had to insist and show proof of payment before they acknowledged their mistake and refunded me, but not a single word of apology was offered. On a previous stay, I returned to the hotel late in the evening and was told they couldn’t provide fresh towels because it was “too late.” I had to dry myself with tissues, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable. For a hotel that advertises itself as a “home for few days” this behavior is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I do not recommend Hanna Boutique Hotel. While the place looks nice, the poor service and lack of basic hospitality make it unworthy of its high prices. I stayed in: Noor, Ojagh, Kaman, Golkhaneh

This is a really nice hotel with amazing staff and the one of the best hotel restaurants in Tehran. I flew there from Canada and it was an amazing experience and made me feel like I was at home. If you are staying in Tehran, you must stay here! I will be coming back.

I stayed at Hanaa Boutique Hotel for 10 days and enjoyed every single moment. Firstly, the management and staff are all professional and were always welcoming me with genuine smiles and helping me plan my tours every day. Secondly, The building itself is a piece of art that was renovated in a brilliant way welcoming people with that sweet reception which has easy access to a lovely garden and a 5 star restaurant and cafe offering a wide variety of delicious meals and snacks. The hotel has 7 cozy rooms uniquely decorated and providing superior amenities, 2 rooms on the ground floor and 5 rooms on the upper floor (which I prefer more). I really would like to thank each and every single person at Hanna Boutique Hotel for making my trip to Tehran such a pleasant memorable one.

My husband and me celebrated my birthday last week in the Lolagar room. That was a great and unforgettable experience. The design is so unique. The restaurant is so beautiful and the food was great. I’m in love with the cafe located in the reservoir of the building. The staff are so professional and friendly. So recommended! It was my best birthday memory!

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Tehran. My friend and I stayed in the Lolagar room. It was a big room with a nice view of the alley. The hotel has a pop-up store where you can find Iranian contemporary products. The best part of the hotel is its restaurant. We absolutely recommend it to everyone.
