Second time stay at this hotel. Great place to stay. Late night downstairs still have mookata and loklok if you’re hungry. 7-11 not far from hotel. Beside the hotel have atm machine if you want to withdraw money. Convenient if you plan to hang out at Austin area.

Easy to book. When asked for neighbouring rooms, counter replied not available. Air-con is not cold. As hotel is near main road, the traffic noise at night and early morning was annoying. Worst was the TV reception...no antenna nor wired TV...all snowy dot dot dot...Room is clean n no smell, provided 2 towels, shampoo n bodywash, toothbrush. Able to catch some sleep !

The room was clean. The only downside is there are ants in any room that I’ve stayed in Miico. Even when I pulled the table away from the wall, the ants still managed to climbed up on top. I’d had to put my foods inside the toilet and placed it on the towel rack so they couldn’t reach it.

Stayed here a couple of times. The location is not the most convenient, but it is quieter than the busy areas. There’s a nice hot spring and some amenities like the gym and swimming pool. However, the rooms are a little old and dirty (can tell from the bedsheets). Good value for money nonetheless!

Overall Prestigo hotel stay is satisfying. The hotel room is clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly.
The only thing to comment is prayer at the mosque happens too early and it disrupts my sleep. ☹️

KK1232This place is great for a family stay.
My recent stay near the malls exceeded all expectations. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to multiple shopping malls, making shopping a breeze. Getting around was a snap; the apartment's proximity to major roads and I meant I could easily reach any destination.
The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Overall, this stay provided a fantastic base for us.
What made this place stands out :
• Spotless Cleanliness: The apartment was clean
• Prime Location: Close proximity to malls and easy access to transportation made exploring effortless.
• Comfortable Amenities: There’s Wi-Fi, Comfortable seating area and Fully stocked kitchen
• The host was readily available and addressed any questions efficiently although it may take some time when you’re in a hurry after a long tiring travelling
A truly fantastic experience! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay near the malls.

Entrance to the residences is at south entrance of paradigm mall, ug level. If you’re in the mall, find the car cafe, exit the mall and turn right. You’ll see the entrance to the residences. As it’s not a hotel, if you’re early, there is no space to store your luggage so do take note. There are luggage storage machines nearby though.
As can see for the photos, the view is great, unblocked view. There is a Lego wall to keep your little ones entertained. Tv is a smart tv so can log in to YouTube, Netflix etc…
Only slight irritating part is that you’ll need to lock the door for electricity to be turned on. Slightly inconvenient if not everyone is leaving the apartment to head out. Some one has to lock the door after you and open the door for you after that. Another issue is that there is only one access card. The access card is needed to enter the lift lobby and to press the lift floor. So that can be quite inconvenient if ppl have different schedules.
Towels are provided, as well as shampoo and body wash.

If you want to go to Tebrau IKEA and AEON. this is the right hotel as AEON is just behind with shortcut access through carpark.
Why 4 stars for cleanliness? We can smell cigarette smoke in the room after check-in. And after seeing the cigarette tray on the desk, we realised that our room is the smoking type. I assume that all rooms are non-smoking type. Should remember to request for non-smoking roomin the future.
Will stay again if need to go to AEON Tebrau.

El apartamento que hemos encontrado no es amistoso para niños. Las televisores y el aire acondicionado estaban sin baterías y no funcionaban bien. El balcón estaba sin un panel de madera. Felizmente me di cuenta de que tenía que mantener las puertas de deslizamiento cerradas en todo momento mientras tenía un toddler. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.
En general, lah para una estancia corta. No el más cómodo pero soportable. Podría volver de nuevo como la ubicación es conveniente para nosotros.

UUsuario invitadoWe reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w

La habitación está muy ocupada, las paredes están desgarradas, las cortinas son muy sucias, los baños siguen con pelo extraño, las platas están todas sin lavar, plástico, rusos y hongos casi en todas partes. No se pudo conectar el wifi inmediatamente, no se pudo configurar el sonido de la televisión, los niños estaban muy configurados.
