Brand new high quality hotel, giving everything to please its guests. Free parking under the hotel in probably one of the most comfortable parkings I have seen: off for a good start. The reception was impeccable, friendly and quick. We had a room at the back of the hotel so we had a very quiet night in the middle of this bustling city. The room not too large but very comfortable. The beds were heavenly. Breakfast was perfect, you could stay ten nights and still not have tasted everything served. Price quality wise this is a top hotel.

I am regularly for business in Tbilisi and stayed in a few hotels. So far I have never been dissapointed. This is my first time in the Pullmann and I like it. I like its spacious rooms, great shower and especially a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good and staff are friendly, helpfully and fast. Have not tried lunch and dinner yet but looking forward to it!

I normally read reviews and go to hotels .Our expectations were little more for this hotel. First time went wrong with the reviews . From the first day we had issues which were never been fixed . We booked the hotel in advance but didn’t get what we booked for . To the front desk I asked they said they will do something as we stayed for 5 days but nobody fixed . We had a Lounge access but after 7pm there is not hot meal which was never mentioned. The Staffs in that Lounge are the best . Very accommodative & nice . Breakfast was just ok . In a 5* hotel the breakfast area staffs are just casual.Each day we ask for hot omelette but it never came and we have to go ourselves. On the last day the hotel manager or may be the supervisor was there while checkout . She asked how was our stay we explained to her but her reply was is it . Seriously is it a 5 * hotel . Only positive side is location. But paying so much and not getting the service is not worth. We went first time to Georgia but we had a real disappointment .

Этот раз мы были разочарованы выбором отеля: отель подуставший и сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Останавливаемся тут второй раз. Прошлый раз понравилось. Мы заранее предупредили, что заселяемся после свадьбы и у нас свадебное путешествие. На ресепшен сказали, что видели наш комментарий и предложили нам оплатить свадебный пакет. Никаких приятностей от отеля. На вопрос про дневной чай сказали, что тоже отдельная платная опция. У нас был клубный номер: входил кофе и чай с печеньем целый день. Разнообразия по сравнению с другими отелями никакого. Номер сильно уставший, требует реновации. Были в спа. На огромный многоэтажный отель маленькая человек на 6 сауна и такой же хамам. Джакузи не работало. В зоне отдыха всего 2!! лежака. Бассейн на отдел ном этаже и с холодной водой. К сожалению, отель не стоит своих денег. Остались разочарованы.

Este hotel tiene algunos problemas, las habitaciones son de cinco estrellas, pero el servicio y la comida definitivamente carecen de un precio de más de 100 dólares. La temperatura de la comida del buffet de desayuno es incorrecta. Cuando llegué a casa el primer día después de mis aventuras a las 6 p.m. mi habitación no fue limpiada. Me molestó mucho. Web abajo les dijo que limpiaran mi habitación y esperó en el vestíbulo para hacer algo que ya se había hecho. .¡La política de los hoteles que dicen debido a covid es no limpiar tu habitación! He estado de vacaciones durante los últimos 45 días y este es el único hotel en tres continentes que no ha limpiado mi habitación a diario. También tienen una piscina, pero parecía tan poco atractivo. No hay conserje y el personal no sabe las respuestas a las preguntas básicas sobre las aerolíneas o dónde comer. Este hotel vale $ 75 por noche como máximo, no más de $ 100 por noche. Siempre me pregunto si me quedaría allí de nuevo. La respuesta es no. El hotel no está a la altura del servicio si es el período de precio, aunque las habitaciones son muy bonitas

The best hotel ever! It was extremely centrally located in the old town. We could walk out at night for a late Georgian 🇬🇪 dinner. The country is very safe, so we explored the city after enjoying our food. The hotel itself was comfortable. The beds were soft and the room cool, as summers in the capital can be warm. The shower was warm. The breakfast was the best… anything and everything you would want to eat: fruit, hot dishes, cheese, pastries, bread to die for, coffee, teas. My favourite was their homemade apricot jam on toast. Honestly, delicious. From here, you can walk to Freedom Square for a mid morning coffee before catching a sightseeing bus around the city. If you are in the capital on a weekend, visit the Bridge Bazaar. My friend scored the most beautiful crystal bowl for $8US. It weights a tonne, but she loves it. You can also see beautiful paintings and buy one as a souvenir. I did.
