The Grove Design Hotel

I booked the hotel thinking I was getting a bargin but unfortunately not. The pictures of the hotel look like a new design and flatter it too much. e.g Etro products in bathroom photos but in reality the cheapest products. This supposedly a 4 star hotel but nearer 2 maybe a low 3 star. We stayed on the third floor to the front of the Hotel. The third floor as you come out of the lift has yellow carpet. The carpet is stained very badly throughout. On entering our room the blue carpet and even parts of the wall were stained badly. The traffic can be really bad in Tblisi and they like blowing their horns. I would suggest when booking a hotel boom room not facing the road. The red carpet on the other floors were also so badly stained including the blue carpet in the breakfast area. Breakfast was not that good, choice very small/poor. On the good side the reception staff were very helpful, 5 stars. The room was large and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms also are a decent size and modern. It would not take much, change the carpets, clean the walls and provide a decent breakfast choice to bring it up to match the staffs quality. I will not be booking this again and found that my fellow travellers on this break stayed in the Museum Hotel and The Old Hotel, much cleaner, cheaper, better location and when I saw their bedrooms knew I got a bad deal.

اذا اردت ان ترى المعنى الحقيقي للمثل من امن العقوبه اساء الادب فاذهب الى هذا الفندق واقم به وانظر الى ادارته الفاشله جدا..هذا الفندق يفتقد الى ابجديات الادارة الفندقيه لك ان تتخيل ان تقيم ٤ ليال لم تنظف غرفتك ابدا رغم طلبك المتكرر هذا يعكس المثل اللي ذكرته..افضل لمدير هذا الفندق الذي لايتابع وليس له اداره على موظفيه ان يعمل ببيته لدى زوجته ربما تعلمه اصول الشغل ورسالتي لمالك الفندق غير عتبة بابك
