FFoo Tuck MengThe street in front seems to be used by motorcycles with loud modified exhaust late at night. It could be the late night eatery right opposite the hotel. What troubled me most was the fire alarm going on & off for about half hour to 45 mins at about 2 am. That was quite disturbing & I forgot to ask what happened when I checked out on December 8 morning. I was on the 4th floor

I love the room deco. It simple yet beautiful. HOwever, i really dislike the bathroom and toilet. There is no real door and it directly open to the room. No privacy and everything just goes to the room, so to speak.

AArabellairon is not available in the room. need to ask the receptionist to send it to the room. I once called to ask for an iron, but I waited for almost an hour and it wasn't delivered until I went out to eat. that's okay. but what is not good is that when you are not in the room, housekeeping enters the room without asking. There was no ”please don't disturb” tag provided in the room I checked in. The next day, I told the receptionist not to clean my room. and you know what happened? when I go back to my room after doing things outside, my room has been tidied up! this already violates the tenant's privacy!

Cons: No kettle (for self made hot drink), aircond not cold enough (room 203), tv is there but no channel available, no wifi..

UUsuario anónimo3 levels shoplot building with no lift. Small room with no window. In front of market. This hotel located around 10mins walk to utc pasar tanjung tawau and 30mins drive to airport. Arrived late at night around 8pm and they allowed late check in. Aircond functioning well however the room gives a bit of musty smell. Remote tv & aircond has to be returned to receptionist upon checkout. 2 smalls soap were given during check in. Cannot expect much for rm74/night room. For muslims, has to pray on bed since too little space to sujud. Good for 1 night stay only

AABAPOI have been staying every month in junior suite.
So many times i have mentioned it to the staff & even the GM. Unfortunately no action was taken.
For a junior suite amenities are very basic. Not even face towel or inroom slippers provided. Inroom phone is not working. Aircond is not cold, worst got moss. So dissapointing. However, the staff is very good. Friendly. Helpful. I understand they are doing their best in a very limited resources they were given.
I urge management to look into this seriously. Let the picture speaks for itself.
