Parking is checked by the guard at the gate. No more than 2 cars per unit. BOAT RESERVATIONS Please note that we do not manage the marina and cannot guarantee availability for boat dockage. You will have to contact the Dockmaster at Ocean Pointe to make a reservation. Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity.. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance. The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet. Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property. All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited. PETS AND SERVICE DOGS: No Pets allowed per HOA policy. If you have a service animal, please let me know upon booking. You will have to provide proof of Service Animal documentation to HOA. Service dog must be registered with HOA prior to your arrival.
