«Вау! Отличный отель, мотелем даже как-то странно называть, потому что уровень выше! До этого мы были якобы в 4* отеле в Роторуа, так он был гораздо хуже. Здесь прекрасный администратор, чистые и комфортные номера, и отдельная фишка – собственная круглая ванна с источниками (минеральной водой) в отдельной комнатке, красиво оформленной. Кровать тоже удобная, есть парковка, территория красивая, вид на озеро тоже отличный. 100% можем рекомендовать это место!»

«Good location, very good rooms but the sofas and some quilts need to be changed as they were dirty and old. Something needs to be done to the noise as we could hear other guests of the other rooms.
The manager, I believe he is Chinese , was very polite, helpful and kind.»

UUsuario anónimoWe had a 2 bedroom apartment in double storey. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Check-in was a breeze. Front desk was very helpful and brought us to our room.
It comes with a fully equipped kitchenette with washer and dryer.
Will not hesitate to recommend The Village Resort to anyone.
It was a wonderful experience staying at this place.

“An Unexpected Maze of Delight”
If you’re looking for delicious food, sparkling clean rooms, and the kind of hotel layout that makes you question whether you’ve accidentally entered a witness protection program — this is the place for you.
Let’s start with the food: Chef’s kiss. I’d drive across three postcodes and two mildly illegal U-turns just to have their breakfast again. The scrambled eggs? Fluffy little clouds of joy. The bacon? So crispy it filed for emancipation. And the dinner? Let’s just say I proposed to my dessert.
The room? Immaculate. Clean enough to perform surgery in. I dropped a piece of popcorn behind the bedside table and found absolutely no dust, no suspicious stains, and no mystery hair. 10/10, would snoop again.
Now… the layout.
Imagine booking a room at a lovely hotel. You check in at the front desk, all smiles and suitcases, and then they hand you a map that looks like it was drawn by a drunk pirate. “Just follow the driveway, take a left at the third bush, go behind the laundry shed, ignore the goats (they’re decorative), and your room is the one just past the third time you question your life choices.”
I drove around the back like I was trying to escape from the FBI. Every turn felt like a side quest. I found myself in areas where I wasn’t sure if I was still on hotel property or had entered Narnia. Google Maps gave up. Even Siri was like, “Dude, you’re on your own.”
BUT — once I did find my room, it was like discovering a hidden treasure. Peaceful, quiet, with views of a tree that may or may not have judged me. And honestly? It was all part of the charm. You don’t forget a place like this.
Would I stay again? Absolutely. I just might drop breadcrumbs next time so I can find my way back.

GGB Asia-trotterEl hotel tiene una experiencia muy pobre y el servicio de habitaciones ha afirmado haber limpiado la habitación cuando no tenían ningún motivo para creernos. También descubrió que su cheque en el personal cobraba el cuarto completo como depósito (304 dólares), pero sólo mencionaba cobrar $70 al check-in; esto es un problema porque la habitación se pagó por anticipado.
La habitación era cómoda y la piscina y la sala de gimnasia estaban bien, pero el tratamiento incompetente y pobre por el personal me dejaría de elegir quedarme aquí otra vez.

When I take the option in Trip.com, The rest of Cabin did mention shared Bathroom and Toilet, Mine did not mention it was shared.
The staff told me to upgrade it to other Carbin with Own bathroom. I said, it should not be a upgrade, it should included. I said : May I talk to the manager? She said, results will be the same.
If it is a shared Bathroom, it should state in decription.
Other than this, everything is fine and good.

KKANAunque es un motel, el ambiente sanitario es muy bueno y las instalaciones están bien mantenidas. Si no conduce desde el centro de la ciudad, estará un poco lejos, pero la ubicación es muy buena para los viajeros en automóvil, a poca distancia del lago y muy tranquila.
El desayuno es normal, pero hay muchas comidas deliciosas en la ciudad. Annie en la recepción es muy útil, ¡gracias!

匿匿名遊客Room is clean, tidy and spacious. Nice to have a balcony but it is by the side of road. A private kitchen or kitchenette is not included but there is a large common kitchen in the 2/F. Like most hotels or motels there, there is nobody in the reception counter from 8:40 pm to 10 am next day. Good to have free undercover on-site parking.

LLaRainaReally liked the convenient check in, decent bed for the price we paid however could do with better or extra pillows. We only had one pillow each and they were well past their days (very thin with no cushioning at all).
In the morning, we realised that there was no power, this however could have been from a power cut. It was close to check out time so we did not bother inquiring further.
