The breakfast is very nice and the restaurant environment is also nice.
The room is very clean and the service team will change the bed sheet regularly and the bed is very comfortable for sleeping.
The only point I should say is that when I open the cabinet in the room the air smells terrible, maybe the room just finished the decorations, I need to open the window to fresh the air in the room.

I had such a lovely stay here. All the hotel staff were quick to help and show a smile.
The breakfast buffet was big and the selection changed daily. The swimming pool and courtyard were lovely, and the sixth-floor terrace (and my room) had cear views to the TV Tower. There is also a bar, gym, and sauna, but I didn't use those.
The location is convenient – the nearest metro station, Bodomzor, is a five minute walk away, as are several convenience shops, local fast food places, a western style restaurant and a cafe (all to the north along the main road). It is just far enough off the main road for it to be quiet at night.

After 1 night stay, house keeping dud not clean the room. Requested room change and was given after over 1 hour of discussion.
Breakfast buffet was excellent- many variety of ftasry food in a nice restaurant at ground floor. Cereals, bread, yoghurt, kefir, egg's, fruits, cheeses, cold cuts, salad, hot food, soup..highlight of my stay
There is a gym in the basement with free weights, and cross over pulls rack.

IIzzie_82La entrada fue un pesadilla que reservaba el hotel para quedarse 2 noches antes de volar de vuelta a Londres. Me inspeccioné con mi nueva esposa cuando acabamos de casar y la recepción del hotel pidió que necesitamos un certificado de matrimonio para quedarse en su hotel, ya que mi esposa era ciudadana de Uzbekistán y yo era Reino Unido. La recepción era muy ruda y no ayudaba, y les dije que estaba con mi esposa que no querían comprobarme en la que encontré esto muy molesto como dije si mi novia o novia, la esposa fue otra nacionalidad que no me pedirán nada después de hablar con algunos falsos gerentes que llegaron a la recepción que tuvieron que hacer tantas llamadas telefónicas a algunos lugares y después de 45 minutos de espera en la recepción finalmente nos inspeccionaron fue terrible no El hotel de la ciudad de 4-5 ofrece disculpas a los empleados que nos habían tratado 2 nosotros debemos ser gestión que no estoy seguro de que se sienten mentirosos. La habitación era limpia y de buena tamaño, pero el servicio era pobre para un hotel tan nuevo. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer. Es una vergüenza que no pueda calificar el servicio menos de 1 estrellas si pudiera calificar el servicio 0 estrellas.

LLeemaHonestly, the service was good. Be it day or night, the staffs were very helpful and always there to help you. I appreciate very much! Their service is similarly where you will get from a renowned hotel. However, if you want to be in the centre of the city, then you might want to consider because the location is quite far from the touristy sights. As for me, I am a solo traveller, and I always like to wander around further from the city whichever country I’m in, hence I chose this hotel. But worry not, if you have or download Yandexgo (similar to Uber), then you could just travel by taxi from the app. It’s cheap and affordable. You can even order food or engage a delivery service. There’s also a local fastfood Evos beside the hotel and also a convenience store across the road. Overall, I am satisfied during my 4-day stay.

RRamonI arrived at 2300 and there is a monopoly of taxis. Frankly, I just wanted to get to the hotel so I hired the official airport taxi (there is a stand before customs, as well as money change facilities). The driver had a little difficulty locating it, but it is actually a couple hundred of meters from a mayor street.
After traveling in China, I was relief to notice that the people at the hotel speak English (thanks Haselbeck). The room is clean and right behind the reception, at street level. Since the windows open, I asked Haselbeck about the crime situation and he laughed, stating that this doesn't happen in Uzbekistan.
Breakfast was very good, with cold meats, eggs, cereal, cookies, cake, tea, coffee and blynis. While having breakfast I spoke to a person from India who was working is Tashkent about how he transports, since the Metro is about 1600 m away. He laughed it and told me to use Yandex Go and order taxis. Great find! They are really inexpensive .

Rooms, on street side a little noisy from traffic despite double glazing.
Clean and product range good, very nice shower.
Pool Very small and we were not allowed in because of ”cleaning” later told we had to book the pool.
The gym looked reasonable. Sauna available.
Some restaurants nearby but if you want reasonably priced local cuisine take an 800 m walk to Anjirs restaurant.

YYusuf UsmanovI was an attendee at the Global Youth Festival, and unfortunately I double-booked this hotel so I could not stay at this place. Thus I called the staff here to explain and they were very understanding, and left me on a very good mark. Should I stay in Tashkent in the future I plan to book here.

Limpieza: La limpieza era buena cuando me registré. Estuve allí dos días consecutivos y no hubo limpieza el segundo día.
Medio ambiente: La ubicación es buena, a 3 kilómetros de las atracciones y de la estación de tren.
Servicio: Promedio.
El desayuno chino en el restaurante es bueno y lo más destacado.

From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay.
The rooms at Ramada Tashkent exude a sense of understated elegance, with modern furnishings and plush bedding that provide the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. There was not much of a view of the city skyline (as we were on level 2), but every detail was carefully curated to ensure a restful and rejuvenating experience. They even sent a complimentary fruits platter to the room as it was my mother’s birthday. Definitely will come back and stay again.

UUsuario invitadoBecause the special circumstances, this review is only about the the services. Because I mistakenly booked our flight one day earlier than our hotel booked (at another hotel), we found ourselves without a hotel room in the middle of the night. I tried all booking platforms and failed to find one allowing me to book that night because it had passed the mid night and were only showing the “new date”. Finally I accidentally bumped into Star Hotel and allowed me to still book that night.
The owner of Star Hotel was shocked when we showed up around 1am, because he had closed booking for that night. But still he welcomed us and frankly explained that the rooms were all booked and would let us choose a room reserved for their employees. They saved us from a night in the streets and the owner and his staff were very kind, friendly and helpful! We are forever grateful !

EElena KEYEl hotel está muy convenientemente situado. Metro y autobús parados por todas partes. Mesa sueca es muy opción. En realidad, el café es sólo soluble. Café natural por un coste adicional. El aire acondicionado en la habitación es muy bueno al calor
