在塔什干最壞的體驗:入住這家酒店摔傷。浴室地板非常滑,不是防滑地磚、也沒有配備防滑地墊和洗澡拖鞋,結果摔傷在浴室。自己做了包紮後,和前台服務員反饋此事,前台説今天是星期天領導都不上班,你留下聯繫方式等明天回覆你。因為要繼續趕路,便先留下了聯繫方式退房了。離開後的第二天收到酒店發來郵件,讓我在預訂平台給予點評,衹字未提摔傷之事,沒有一句致歉的話。

The bathroom floor is extremely slippery. It doesn't have non-slip tiles, nor were there any anti-slip mats or shower slippers provided. As a result, I slipped and injured myself in the bathroom.
After bandaging the injury myself, I reported the incident to the front desk staff. The receptionist said, "It's Sunday today, management is off duty. Leave your contact information and we'll get back to you tomorrow." Since I had to move on with my journey, I left my contact details and checked out.
The day after I left, I received an email from the hotel asking me to leave a review on the booking platform. **There was not a single mention of the injury incident, nor a single word of apology.
