I have booked 3 rooms from from 21/6 to 23/6, on arrival we were welcomed by the front desk, our room was on the 2nd and 3rd floor, the rooms were excellent and view of the roadside, toiles were neat and clean, the hotel is centrally airconditioned, they provide Tea and Coffee kit with kettle and the breakfast was superb everyday, the hotel is located near the main street of Tashkent, the beds were cozy and comfortable, quite hotel, very polite staff, lots of dinner and lunch menu available, grocery store and clothing showrooms is walkable distance, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

We loved the proximity of this hotel to the airport and to restaurants within walking distance.....the artwork was a bonus! We were kindly upgraded to a larger room, even though we were passing through for an early morning flight which meant departing the hotel @ 1am, so we were only using the hotel for part of our nightly rate, appreciated the breakfast box for the airport :) The bed was very comfortable, shame we didn't have the time to sleep longer in it and the shower excellent. We requested our registration documents as required by Uzbek authorities.....but unfortunately didn't receive them in the drama to get to the airport in the middle of the night! Could have been a disaster, as authorities checked our pile of docs and luckily we had already stayed in Tashkent but in another hotel, who provided our documentation. The really disappointing experience was with the front desk staff, who I'm guessing are carrying out a side business of their own....be warned, it goes like this.... they will see your luggage and say "you need to write a note when ordering your Yandex to the airport notifying the driver of the amount of luggage you have". Little did we know that this then means that we couldn't order Yandex on our phone that we had used successfully 10 or more times throughout Uzbekistan....so the staff member volunteers to order on their phone on your behalf.....and guess what.....a driver appeared out of nowhere instantly and the price originally quoted when we placed our order with Yandex soared from 28000som to 50000som!!! Even more interesting is that our Yandex fare to the airport a week earlier from our lovely ATECA Suites Hotel in Tashkent only charged us 28000som with the same amount of luggage, and kindly helped us with our luggage too…..make your own assumptions from that! Not a pleasant way to end our wonderful time in Uzbekistan....not the money, so much as the principle of what happened. Also be careful exchanging your soms for other currencies @ the front desk.....can't prove it, as the transaction was done in a hurry as we ran out the door....BUT just check the exchange rate on the day and check the US dollars you are given in return!

The staff bent over backwards to help us, even when late-night delays and chaotic arrivals tripped them up. The rooms are fantastic - very modern, many amenities - and the breakfast was luxurious. A great mid city location (walking distance to Tashkent metro, if that's helpful). Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Oh, and Tashkent, like all Uzbek cities (in my experience) is spotlessly clean and never anything less than kind and friendly.

Art Deluxe Hotel, Ташкент Читаю восхищенные отзывы на этот отель, и не покидает ощущение, что я была в параллельной реальности. Тот Арт делюкс отель, в котором была я, ужасен. Крошечный номер, ванная комната очень-очень-очень тесная. Чтобы вытереться – открывала дверь, иначе будешь биться о раковину и кабину. Полотенца для ног за неимением места лежат на полу, остальное всё по два на крючке. Полочки у зеркала нет, мыло кусковое (мечта – чтоб кусковое мыло вообще запретили использовать в отелях). Даже одному в номере некомфортно, для двоих категорически не рекомендую. Занавесил окно - и ты будто в склепе. Тумбочка одна, потому что вторая уже не влезает. Просила номер не шумный – дали у лифта. Потом с видом на стройку. Звукоизоляция ноль-ноль-ноль. Все ходят, чихают, кашляют и говорят прямо в ухо. Ни одной полки в номере! Только 3 вешалки в шкафу. Из горизонтальных поверхностей крошечный столик, на котором уже нет места. Для вещей гостя - пол, подоконник, кровать и один маленький стул. Сделайте горизонтальную полку от стола до двери! Чтоб хоть что-то положить можно было! Завтраки - для тех, кто хочет пообедать или поесть сладкого. Кашу есть не смогла, настолько она сладкая. Где сырники, сметана, творог? Район, где находится отель, тоже категорически не рекомендую, он очень неудобный для туриста: очень далеко от центра, кафешек хороших рядом нет, только ехать или очень далеко идти. Это был самый плохой отель за мою поездку (из 4-х отелей). Продлили номер на час - за то спасибо и плюс одна "звезда".
