One if the best hotels in Tg Pinang since its quite limited. Room is clean, hotel service is great. And breakfast is great too! Most probably will be my go to hotel if I visit here again!

Concierge staff on duty during check in was unfriendly, unapproachable, and lack of knowledge with hotel policy. Even though we raised our concern, she never felt guilty and just pretended that was not her problem at all.
The environment is really elegant in style but the lack of maintenance. Cleanliness of the hotel room was the main concern for guests.Overall, we still give them 3/5. Staff working attitude issue, really unfair to reduce points for a good hotel.
