Un descubrimiento. Un oasis al lado de la medina .Con un servicio e instalaciones de una hotelazo. Zacarias y Valerie siempre atentos. Nos ofrecieron la cena en el mismo hotel con un cous cous delicioso cocinado por la simpática y servicial cocinera del hotel. Un hotel para volver a repetir y para recomendar. Este hotel fue el acierto del viaje con amigas !!! .

Disfrutamos de la Suite 8 y todo fue excelente! El hotel es precioso, tiene mucho encanto, es una joya en mitad de Tanger. La atención de los trabajadores fue excepcional, el recibimiento que dan a sus clientes es de 10, como ejemplo: llegamos por la tarde al hotel y nos preguntaron donde queríamos ir a cenar, nos dieron recomendaciones y llamaron para reservar mesa por nosotras :) toda la estancia al completo fue en esa línea. DESAYUNO MUY BUENO Y COMPLETO, la habitación era preciosa, acogedora y las cama muy cómoda. No queríamos irnos y ya estamos programando la próxima visita.

Las instalaciones son buenas . Pero ineficientes . Nos asignaron a pesar de haber pedido una habitación de fácil acceso porque mi marido , tiene 78 años y cierta dificultad para caminar , una suite en el segundo piso por escalera empinada , sin teléfono , la calefacción estaba cerrada-no funcionaba-no hubo nadie que suba los dos pisos con las valijas , por lo que nos arreglamos con lo que teníamos a mano . Además la comunicación era por wup . O sea cuando moríamos de frío a la noche no hubo forma de pedir ayuda. Pedimos un haman , porque lo ofrecieron(advierto que fue el más costoso de todo el viaje a Marruecos 50 euros por persona .) No nos dijeron que cuando salías tenías que hacerlo por un camino de lajas mojadas que patinaban del jardin, un frío atroz in ahí en en bata y con el cuerpo caliente y la cabeza mojada (no podía creer lo que veía) hasta hoy estoy con el catarro de la pulmonía que pesqué.No se pudo cenar porque la petición había que hacerla antes de las 15 hs. Cuando le pedí 2 cápsulas de neoexpreso ya que estaba la máquina en la habitación y moríamos de frío , nos la cobro 5 euros cada una. Por todo esto no lo recomiendo . Una falta total a la consideración por parte de la gerencia . La cocinera excelente y el desayuno , buenos , sin objeciones . La ubicación es cerca de la Medina . Nos iba a recomendar donde cenar ya que no pudimos hacerlo con ellos y no lo hizo . Fuimos a donde más o menos nos recomendó una comerciante . Realmente muy mal aspectada,la persona que nos mando a la boardilla, con nuestras dificultades , sin valijas , ni calefacción . Al día siguiente cuando antes de irme le reclame a la manager ,hizo como que prendía el aire acondicionado y vio que no funcionaba . Entonces en lugar de dar una explicación o disculpa , desapareció y nos cobro los 10 euros de la cápsula y el Haman que cadi nos mata , otra persona . Fin de la historia . Reitero las instalaciones es son muy lindas , pero de nada sirven si no hay calefacción y servicios . Esta fue nuestra experiencia

Driving up to the street, and seeing an 'under-construction' building, I have to admit I was a little apprehensive. But ... we backed the car up, found the correct little street, and pulled up to an absolutely charming home. I say "home" because it had such a lived in quality about it. Comfortable. Charming. Welcoming. We were greeted by Valerie who couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was gorgeous, with its separate office. The gardens and roof top terrace of this little oasis were where we spent our time. Breakfast was the best of all the places we stayed during our 11 day trip around Morocco. And I want the recipe for those eggs! LOL Can't recommend this haven more.

What a find. Great communication before we arrived. They arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport. The location is very central. The whole set up and decor is very relaxing. Breakfasts were delicious but most importantly it is the warmth of the welcome - the hugs are free and plentiful I MEAN it. Alex was ‘At Home’ when we were there and he gives great hugs if you want them. Sandra also. Just lovely to meet warm humans.

Lovely, elegant boutique hotel located within walking distance of the Grand Socco square. The view from the private terrace of the suite is amazing! I really appreciated the room heating during my January stay, as well as the parking place in front of the house, the charming open fireplace in the cosy lounge, and the (delicious!) breakfast arranged for my early morning check-out before the official breakfast time. The team was incredibly kind and helpful both before my arrival and throughout my stay. Thank you so much, Sandra and Zakaria!

This charming hotel is a real oasis in the middle of Tangier. The staff are all wonderful, particularly the lovely Sandra who looked after our every need. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful and is served until a very civilised 11am. The owners are a charming Canadian couple who are very welcoming and happy to chat and give hints and tips about the area. The rooms are very well appointed, comfortable beds and a nice ensuite. There is a Nespresso machine in the room but strangely apart from 2 Nespresso pods provided on the first day, they were not replenished. The WiFi was very good, throughout the hotel. We didn't try the pool but it looked nice. I did have a massage which was lovely. We had dinner 2 nights and it was great, tasty food, great service from Yasseen (?) and good wine. There isn't a lift which is a bit of a drawback if you are on the 2nd floor but the staff will help with your luggage. I definitely recommend this hotel and if we return to Tangiers we would stay here again.

Really disappointed stay unfortunately. We have stayed in Tangier many times before and have always enjoyed our accommodation. We were excited to try this place but sadly it was very underwhelming. The staff have zero interest in their guests, you almost apologise for disturbing them, the female manager slouched on the sofa scrolling on her phone and not in the least bit interested in her clients, the man behind reception has a short fuse, best not disturb him. Dinner is definitely not to be recommended, it’s expensive ( for Tangier ) if you are hungry sadly you will go to bed hungry. The property could be so lovely, its tired and not maintained very well, 3 of the 4 lights in our room didn’t work and so it goes. Breakfast was just ok but disappointing by Moroccan standards.

We've been lucky enough to stay in some pretty exotic places, from the Londolozi Game Reserve in S.Africa to Raffles in Siem Reap, Cambodia but this oasis is right up there with the very best. Stylish, classy, calm and welcoming, with efficient bur ever so friendly staff, it's exactly what you need after the chaos of Tangiers. Cannot recommend it highly enough.Definitely one not to be missed.
