Este hotel nos ha dado una experiencia de estadía superbamente apreciada durante mi estancia con mi familia, especialmente Lina, la lavandería, y una experiencia de servicio de cinco estrellas, que nos ha ayudado mucho, es un hombre disfrutado y amable. Nos gusta el entorno y el ambiente del hotel, incluido el servicio de masaje familiar Berseh Sihat de tres estrellas. Very unfriendly reception, I arrive hotel at 12:30, even room are ready, but ask to wait till 2 pm, after long complain then give me the room. When I call operator/reception from room, there are no answer all the times, service really bad.

It's clean, has a nice view, no noise, no weird smells, everything was perfect except for the location. It takes quite time for me to get to alam suetra or serpong. But, nevertheless, i will choose this hotel because everythingelse perfect including breakfast.

The location is strategically connected to Teraskota so it's not too boring, the room is clean, I'm just a bit doubtful whether the bed sheet is changed for each new guest because it has a strange smell, the room also needs a freshener, the sound of outside vehicles really penetrates the room, the sound of the AC is also quite disturbing, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The food and entertainment are great. We enjoy our stay here. Just 1 thing that disappointed for me, the trademark of tentrem is the lemongrass fragrance. But when i came to the lobby, the fragrance was not detectable..
