Great location! 5 mins drive away from ICE BSD convention centre and AEON mall just right opposite. The only downside during my stay was the toilet ceiling was leaking water and I couldn’t get a change of room as it was fully booked at the time, so I had to wait till they got it fixed.

Checked in at 2 pm sharp, our family suite room only has 1 window facing to another building. Other than that, the room is okay. Breakfast for a four star hotel was quite complete, there were Western, Chinese, and local food. Overall experience 9/10

The room was spacious and i personally liked the washroom bcos of the rain shower. Water pressure was strong. The bed was comfy and kudos for variety of channels on the tv. The breakfast was so good i spent almost 2 hours enjoying the food while chatting with my sister. The main highlight for me was the freshly baked croissant and the traditional indonesian rice (i forgot the name but it has small chunks of meat in the rice). The customer service was also great, everyone was friendly and smiley. Overall i enjoyed my stay at santika ice bsd and would recommend it to other people :)

El agua caliente apenas funcionaba, bien caliente o frío, sin tierra media. La habitación era sucia, con daño visible como los interruptores que se apoyan de las paredes, los trabajos de parche pobres y la moldura en el techo. Es una de las mejores propiedades de la zona, pero se siente como si tuvieran un monopolio aquí, dada la falta de competencia cercana. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Una última cosa que hay que señalar: si viaja con niños, tenga cuidado cuando llueve, las azulejos en la entrada se vuelven increíblemente abrasivos. ¿Recomendaría este resort? Basado en la calidad de la habitación y el precio, desgraciadamente, no puedo recomendarlo. No volveré en el futuro.

The cleanliness need to improve. I got 2 towel in the bathroom, and one of them is still wet when i check in. Still got hair on all the table in the room. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet still not bad and the server very efficient as well. Overall is ok, just cleanliness must be improved!

Staff are all great from security to bell to reception to room cleaners. Only big issues are pool is indoors and unheated -so water freezing cold-could not use , breakfast was Chaos with not enough staff tables not cleared so nowhere to sit and nobody apparently in charge and stale bread ( Croissants and coffee however were very good).

Standard wise I would say it’s closer to higher end 4* hotels. One of the better options if you’re around this area 👍🏻 hotel exterior looks good and view from room is nice too! Have to compliment the bathroom amenities. Love their room slippers (it’s diff from usual) and though I didn’t get to try out their bath bomb and salts, they actually provide it for free to customers. Their bathtub area looks like those meant for spa use. If you’re interested in that you can check it out

Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.

Stay many times in this apartment hotel. Quite good enough for biz trip, except the shower room seems a bit choked, and shower water not able to go smoothly.
