Stayed for 1 night with family . I was shocked to see when you check-in, the reception is in the parking area ,they will hand over a plastic with all the toiletries (bathroom tissue roll, shampoo,shower gel, towels and TV remote ) to bring your room . No one to carry your luggage. Balcony seems not cleaned since ages . They don't provide water bottles. They will keep RM 100 as deposits. When check out you have to submit back towel,tv remote and parking card then you will get rm100 back . Stayed in 2nd floor (which is actually 1st floor)and the view is ok . The room is absolutely screaming for maintenance. The hotel floor are like G then 2,3,4,5 . They dont provide a basic telephone in the room to call reception if you need anything or on an emergency. Overall if you are coming in a big group and wanting to cook then maybe it is ok . Otherwise I will highly Not Recommend. Paying RM197 a night and not getting a water bottle is not acceptable. There are many better options you will get in this price if you plan little ahead.
