Hice una reserva para vista frontal al mar. La vista es realmente bonita. La primera vez que me registré fui a las 2:40, pero me dijeron que la habitación no estaba lista y que podía registrarme a las 3:00, me dijeron que esperara nuevamente, así que terminé quejándome. Apenas me registré a las 3:40. Sin embargo, la habitación que recibí era una habitación conectada. Era muy ruidosa y estaba conectada a la habitación de al lado con una sola puerta. ¿Por qué no me lo dijiste? Los revisé y me comuniqué con ellos, así que moví mi habitación a las 10:00 p.m. Afortunadamente, no se escuchó ningún ruido de la habitación de al lado, pero como es un edificio antiguo en general, se puede escuchar el sonido de las tuberías de agua con fuerza, se puede escuchar todo el ruido del pasillo. Aunque lo he estado usando sin problemas. Fue molesto cuando me registré, pero estuvo bien, pero no es un hotel al que quiera volver si voy a Guam.

¡He estado aquí muchas veces para trabajar! Sólo quería agradecer a todos en Hilton por cuidarnos tan bien en las últimas semanas! Estaba aquí para trabajar, y fue un poco nervioso estar lejos de casa y de familia durante el Typhoon Mawar... pero aprecio la constante actualización y la adaptabilidad del hotel! ¡La gente trabajaba tan duro para mantenernos a salvo durante este tiempo muy duro, y es realmente apreciado! ¡Qué bueno que nos atravesamos, oraciones para la recuperación, agradecidos a Hilton y a todo su personal. I reserved a corner ocean view room but upon check-in was told that they had upgraded my room to their tower. When I arrived at that room, it overlooked some other roofs of buildings and a pool. This was in no way an upgrade. I called the front desk and told them that I was not happy. They found an ocean/beach view room and moved me. It was not the corner room that I had reserved, but it was okay. As far as the hotel itself, it is a bit dated and needs some renovations. The AC controls in the room does not give an option to select a temperature. It is merely a push button panel with low/med/high buttons (very dated). The room television was very small (about 32”, if that much) and the remote control menu was difficult to navigate. I would have to keep pushing the menu button to get it to finally change from the hotel channel to those of the movie and television channels. The remote control requires some sort of ir device located under the TV to work. It looks like a spy camera, but I used my personal bug/camera detector and decided it was just an ir device for the remote (strange and very dated). Of the three lobby elevators, only one was working. The elevator that takes you to the basement parking makes strange noises and the panel buttons are damaged. The aquarium located near the lobby had tons of algae growth and was in dire need of cleaning. The lighting in the aquarium was very dim and in need of repair/replacement. This was not an appealing aesthetic. When I checked out at 0500 there was nobody working at the front desk. I rang their bell a few times and nobody showed so I left my room key on their counter and proceeded to the airport. As far as the restaurants, the breakfast buffet was good with several options. The Japanese restaurant Sagano was very nice and the food was great. They obviously have a talented chef there. The hotel staff for the most part were very nice. It was just the check-in process mentioned above that was very unsatisfactory. All in all, I will choose a different hotel the next time that I go to Guam.

En cuanto a las instalaciones de cuarentena de Covid sancionadas por el gobierno, esta es una granja, 5-star. ¡Mientras el hotel no estaba equipado por los empleados de hoteles regulares, la Guam Guard hizo un gran trabajo para hacerme sentir en casa (una vez que pasé sus intimidantes uniformes militares de camo, que hacen lo contrario de hacer que se mezclan en sus alrededores! ) Afortunadamente, el personal de cocina regular estaba trabajando detrás de las escenas. Las comidas 3-square entregadas a mi puerta con precisión militar todos los días eran fantásticas. Una mezcla de precios locales y continentales servido en cantidades de fiesta. Me gané peso durante mi obligatorio 7-day quedarme aquí. No voy a comentar los hermosos azotes del bay desde mi 17o piso porque nadie más que Dios es responsable de eso. En general, si se necesitaba cuarentena una vez más llegada a Guam, yo optaría por permanecer en esta instalación de cuarentena, o Q-Fac como mi Guardia lo llama.

My childhood memories are filled with fond recollections of the days when this hotel was known as Daichi, and the Seahorse was its neighbor. It's heartwarming to witness the tremendous growth in the form of the Crowne Plaza, now in its third iteration. Despite the substantial exodus of people from Guam and the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, my experience at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of spectacular — even amidst the aftermath of the most devastating natural disaster to hit the island in over 20 years. During my visit, the hotel experienced sell out occupancy for several days before and after my stay. To complicate matters, some rooms were rendered unavailable due to storm damage. Yet, to my amazement, both of my rooms were seamlessly upgraded without request, including one room to a one-bedroom suite. This exceptional resource management and commitment to their loyalty program and customers leaves me truly impressed. The hotel honored all Diamond Elite benefits, and with the Club lounge temporarily closed due to the storm, we were accommodated with equivalent offerings in the Lobby lounge. The Crowne Plaza's complete makeover, featuring a contemporary design, elevates it to the status of a brand-new hotel rather than a simple update with - and this distinction is important - new yet outdated hardware. For example, their innovative digital elevator is a fresh concept on Guam, separating them from their local competition. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Abegail. Her exceptional service and assistance with check-in and resolution of an issue with our room rate demonstrated her expertise. I booked the best flexible rate and even that somehow doubled. Abegail took charge and resolved the matter. Her proactive approach and willingness to be our point of contact for any requests or concerns displayed remarkable initiative whilst juggling her duties at the counter. My gratitude extends to Abegail, the housekeeping, facilities, F&B, and the entire team for the outstanding care they provided during such challenging circumstances. A special thank you goes out to Tan Holdings and IHG for their continued investment in and commitment to the Crowne Plaza to ensure not just a future, but a brighter future, for Guam's hospitality industry.

¡El personal tiene una excelente actitud! Pero las instalaciones de hardware son relativamente antiguas, por lo que si no te importa el hardware y la distancia, puedes intentarlo. El precio es más económico que en las cercanías. Lo mejor es llegar al hotel y viajar en coche.

Always use Lotte for our Family get always. Since our Wedding here a year ago, we’ve constantly been returning for staycations and dinners. Staff is always polite, friendly, and professional. Will be returning soon and recommend to others.

Nice ocean view, kind staff members, and good location :) several malls are within walking distance

Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends.
