Hotelli Ville

After arrived at the "hotel" we immediately noticed that the room had a shocking smell of cigarettes and smoking. We called customer service and they said that they knew about smell. Told us that person in the room had been smoking there for the previous three nights. Customer service said that "we hoped you wouldn't notice". After a shocking conversation and twisting, we got a single room without a bathroom with a spare bed. We couldn't move in the room at all when the spare bed was open. We had booked a double room with our own bathroom. They did not agree to compensate in any way. Customer service didn’t apologize, nothing, He just said that they can't do anything if this happens. I said just borrow an ozone device from a neighbor company. Told its Too expensive. Never again.

We were unable to complete our planned visit to Finland in June 2022 and had to cancel a number of guests and alter the dates for others. Hotelli Ville dealt with our requests and refunds politely, efficiently, and speedily with the minimum of fuss. Good old-fashioned service goes a long way and is really appreciated in these uncertain times. Thank you.
