Any reviews greater than one star have to be fake. This is simply the worst Marriott. I don't even know where to start. The dirty, destroyed furniture, bubbles on ceiling, mold in air conditioner, failure to clean in any meaningful way... or the construction... or the green pool with debris in it... or the lack of hot water because the boiler broke... or the inability to use the gym as they are using it for storage... or just the piss poor approach to everything. They don't care. I asked for the bathroom sink and toilet to be fixed 3 days ago and nothing. This place is a joke which a facelift will barely change.

HORRIBLE. Worst hotel stay ever. Roach crawled on me in bed & woke me up!! Very very dirty. Never stayed at such a rundown unkept hotel. Worst breakfast spread I’ve seen. Good location but plenty of other options. Also the airport shuttle in the morning was late. My last review was posted probably because I included a picture so I’m not this time. But trust me it was a dirty big roach!! Needless to say we didn’t sleep after that.

They run a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes starting at 4:00 AM. They TELL you the shuttle leaves on the half hour...but... the shuttle leaves every 30 from a different hotel in the area, stops at OTHER hotels, and this hotel is the last stop. So it REALLY doesn't leave the hotel until quarter past/quarter to. It is nerve wracking when you are heading to an early flight... in the lobby at 4:50 AM for the 5:00 AM shuttle... and it doesn't show up until 5:15 AM.

I read previous reviews, so I chose this hotel. When we saw the room it was very outdated, it also had the tv placed on the side of the room, thus causing one to get a stiff neck.who designed this concept, they did not have a clear about concept of anatomy. Also, the hinges on some doors were rusted. I wouldn't recommend this hotel

For nearness to the airport, it would be hard to beat this location. It took me less than 5 minutes to travel from the hotel to the rental car return. The hotel also has a 24 hour shuttle. That’s about where the real merits of this hotel ended for me. The location is tired and needs refreshing, although renovations were ongoing in several rooms on the first floor. My upstairs neighbors were restless most of the night with footsteps reverberating through the non soundproof ceiling. Cleanliness was acceptable and the front staff professional. With all the hotels in the area there has to be better choices.

We booked this hotel on "hw" and when we found out what we got and looked up reviews we were freaking out ...expecting to find a crime scene in our room ..thankfully not the case ! Hotel is in great location , no issues with parking or security ..while the furniture in the room was a bit dated ..it wA clean and comfortable ..they give you a nice kitchenette and the free breakfast was adequate ...don't be afraid it's truly ok !

I had a WONDERFUL experience with the kind, professional staff there--particularly the front desk employee named Puma. From start to finish of my trip, she went out of her way to greet me with a smile, offer assistance and advice with my plans while visiting the town, and also went out of her way to accommodate my late check out request and allow me extra time in my room as I had many hours to wait for my flight. I agree with other reviews that the hotel definitely needs some updating/renovating. However, I would stay here again any time simply because of the fabulous customer service that Puma provided!

I gave it a 1 because it wouldn't let me give it a 0 or negative. What an embarrassment for Marriott. We got to our room no phone no sheet for pull out bed. Baggy over the smoke detector. Pull out couch had pee stains all over it. Go to front desk the guy working Renee was great. Super nice and friendly. Gave us another room. The new room stains on pull out couch crumbs and trash on floor when you pull it out. Whoever cleans this place doesn't do a good job. Dust all over the fridge. A/C unit broken. If it wasn't after midnight I'd have left. This is a dump pay extra to stay elsewhere

I recently stayed at the hotel and was disappointed with the cleanliness. The bathroom had an unknown spot in the tub, and the bed had a dried blood stain on the sheet. Unfortunately, these issues overshadowed any positive aspects of the stay. I would not consider staying at this hotel again. Many better options that share the same parking lot from Hyatt and Hilton. The one bright spot - the front desk attendant is very pleasant.
