Не удалось перенести бронирование из-за сложности на юге страны, специально звонили и уточнили.
Решать ничего не стали , отправили в приложение.
Написано было, что высокий процент отказа в решении таких ситуаций, но странно, что даже не предложили перенести бронь на день когда мы успевали доехать.
В моем понимании в хороший сервис это не входит.
Остального оценивать не буду, так как не смогли ощутить на себе услугу , которую оплатили.
Бизнес такого порядка обезличенный теряет свою душевность и теплоту, хотя это не маловажные факторы при выборе места ОТДЫХА.
В любом случае спасибо за ответ.
