Lovely 3 Bedroom Condo on Lake Martin 2 Pools & Boat Dock

Lake Martin Getaway The property was great. The view was exactly as described. Sitting on the balcony in the early mornings was very peaceful. Having easy access to a docking slip was very convenient for launching our kayaks for a day on the water. The location was relatively quiet until a heavy footed neighbor checked in upstairs. Overall highly recommend!

BEAUTIFUL home and location!! The condo was spacious and clean, with many extra amenities!! The scenery was BEAUTIFUL and the location was very close to Chimney Rock where our family loves to hang out most of the day! The ONLY problem was lack of communication on where to put our boat trailer(s). In the ad, we knew we had a dock to place our pontoon & Sea Doo once launched, but did not receive information about where to park our trailer(s). Once we arrived, signs were posted around stating that trailers would be "towed at owner's expense". We contacted management, leaving a message, but got no response. It wasn't until the last day (on a picture above the A/C unit) that we learned we should park at the Union Boat Launch down the road around the corner, where there is no security or patrol.
